It’s nice to meet you. :] Always good to see a new face.

I’m REALLY excited to be here. I totally wasn’t checking my inbox obsessively to see if I’d got my account details yet😅.

Are you a stalker? XD Just kidding. Hehe… I was the same. I’m sorry if there was a delay because we couldn’t set up new accounts for a while.

What…[Read more]

I am wondering, where would I post my projects? Like the full thing? Is that how it’s done on here?

If you have a doc that you would like feedback/editing/critiques/etc. on, you can go to the forum and scroll to “Fiction Writing” from there go to critiques and pick “Novel Idea” for draft and outline and idea feedback, “Novel C…[Read more]

Hi! I’m The Ducktator! I’m the eldest of six homeschooled kids. It’s the best. XD I might be interested in a Christian fantasy horror novel someday. I haven’t read any horror yet. My dad is trying to convince me to get into it but I’m scared. XD

@quarterstaffgirl

Greetings! I’m The Ducktator, also known as Abby. I write mostly fantasy, and I also enjoy reading, dancing, birding, history, and politics! And ducks, which you probably know since you’ve been stalking us. XD I too have a head full of half baked ideas.

Questions!

If you could fight a fictional character, who would it…[Read more]

Sure, I’ll ask Paul some questions!

Hello, Paul. It’s nice to make your acquaintance.

Where are you from?

Do you have a family? Are there any people who have influenced your life positively, and who are they?

Would you tell me about this siege you’re preparing for?

@writingwren

Welcome to the Kingdom! I write middle-grade fantasy (currently involving way too much stained glass), poetry (occasionally penned, though rarely shared), and youth fiction (although my main project there is on the back burner so…). I’m a twin, a full-time university student, a history/culture nerd, and a hand-crafting enthusiast…[Read more]

YES! I also love the guy who married  Valentine de Villefort! What is his name?! Aha! Maximilien Morrel! He was by far my favorite. I also really liked how the book showed justice and revenge and the difference between them.

Hi Sara! Glad to see you! Yes, KP is alive again. Blame or thank me…. I’m not sure which one is appropriate yet.

That was a bit of a long response but this is the film thoughts and reviews topic, haha. @eliasg I would love to hear your thoughts!

@eliasg

Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey.

I wrote out a detailed response to this, but my post didn’t go through. 😒 So I’ll try again.

I think it’s a flawed adaptation but a quality modern film. It is very stylistically “Christopher Nolan” which is exactly why it is flawed yet still quality.

As an adaptation, it gets several things wrong – the b…[Read more]

Going to sprint for an hour to try and finish this book-by-chapter outline for Project Faerie Glass. Starting at (6):02.

@reaganrammHi! I’m The Ducktator/Abby! I write mostly fantasy, but I have another few WIPs as well. I came to KP to meet other Christian teen writers, and also because it’s free! XD I would second the privacy concerns regarding sharing my email over the internet. I’d love to see a return of Topic of the Week. We’ve tried to restart it a couple…[Read more]

Also, does anyone else like Airplane?

@eliasg

I haven’t seen it, but I’m reading the book this year for school. How accurate is the movie?

@eliasg

I have no idea who either of those people are but chocolate is phenomenal.

*falls through ceiling* I’M BACK FROM VACATION AND HERE FOR THE CHAOS!

@liskaboyce

Greetings! I am The Ducktator, also known as Abigail, and ruler of a vast ducktatorship. I am a homeschooled senior and a writer of fantasy and some other random WIPs. Besides writing, I love reading, dancing, birding, history, and politics. I am also obsessed…[Read more]
