I have watched the movies and read the first 3 books. I love the movies and am not a fan of the books. lol
my problem with the books is mainly the crudity. Plus they’re just weird lol. I noticed a pattern where someone/something gets swallowed alive in every book XD
YES! I also love the guy who married Valentine de Villefort! What is his name?! Aha! Maximilien Morrel! He was by far my favorite. I also really liked how the book showed justice and revenge and the difference between them.
And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who couldn't hear the music
Yeah, the books are definitely targeted towards elementary to middle school boys, lol. I read them up to book four, but then Toothless started to annoy me too much to bother keeping on reading them. I would say HTTYD is one of the rare instances where I like the movie version better than the book.
There once was a snail who was depressed and would do anything for his girlfriend. Didn't end well.
