Prologue
I know I’m imaginary. You’re reading about me right now, thinking smugly about how you’ve seen a self-aware intro before. But this is me, not another imaginary narrator, so I’m just going t…[Read more]

Intro/Things You Need to Know
The biggest thing to know is that your character may be a villain. Even if they are a hero in your story, they may show a d…[Read more]

Ok, so the contemporary one I was talking about I don’t quite have a plot for yet, lol. I know a lot about the characters, but not the story.
I get that. That’s most of my wips.
The other one is dystopian and it’s about two families (a member from each which are my MCs) who start looking for “the cure” after their president who’s t…

Navin
“Yeah, thanks.” Navin murmured with a shrug.
He wasn’t aware of the class’s location, so maybe help would be all right, and at least he didn’t have to ask for it.
Now that he knew which stone did what, he could’ve utilized those, but it was too late for that. Navin assumed it would be rude or simply awkward to say no. Then…[Read more]

I haven’t read a lot of contemporary. What’s your WIP about?
I have too many WIPs. The main ones right now are a dystopian with most of the characters, but no plot yet unfortunately, a fantasy with ducks who are under the rule of humans, and are trying to overthrow them because the humans eat them, (most of the humans, some are on the…[Read more]

This a drawing I did with a No. 2 average pencil and a tissue. It’s supposed to be one of the drawings Chase drew in class, and the signature and writing is in his style. (I write in cursive, that’s how you can tell. Print drives me nuts)

Navin
“Navin…” He muttered as an introduction, then put the two rocks he held in separate pockets to assure he wouldn’t mix them again.
He wanted to move far away from the scene to avoid death by teacher or by some other authority figure who’d witnessed the making of the hole in the ceiling. Not that he believed a teacher would…[Read more]

Hey, y’all!
So, the Smokehouse Creek fire situation is better. It’s now 37% contained and there’s currently 290 personnel there, along with 58 engines and 10 bulldozers. Keep praying!

To Easton: So you’re a nerd 😛 Is that right?
Babs: Oohhh, I don’t know. *little giggle* *instantly turns pink from embarrassment, then serious* I can’t choose my death outfit, that’s just silly. But if a trolley hit me, in the middle of the day, with a crowd watching… I’d like to wear something yellow. With a cute…[Read more]

Navin
He ignored the boy as the orange rock in his left hand flashed brightly as it decided to activate on it’s own accord.
He looked around with his heart racing, having only a few seconds to decide where he was going to send the uncalled for attack. Navin pointed the rock at the ceiling, a laser flew out like a bullet and created…[Read more]

@esther-c @whalekeeperHere are my thoughts on the serious/not serious aspect of writing. I’m not necessarily agreeing/disagreeing, but I just wanted to add something else that came to mind while reading your posts. The Creator created us with creativity, and I think He has given us the capacity to be able to create things that reflect His…[Read more]

Back to continue.
Animals are great therapy. Except maybe hedgehogs… they just hurt your hands XD
Okay, back to seriousness. Do you have a personality type, say on the Enneagram or Meyers-Briggs? I don’t always care about those but sometimes it helps me to swallow your personality pill.

@esther-c @anyone
God can do whatever He wants with our stories and the stories of non-Christians. It’s our duty as His children to tell the world Who He is and what He’s done, and in our case, one way to do that is through story. We don’t have to worry about being canceled or people slandering us, because no matter what happens, it’s in God’s h…
