That’s true:)
Oh yes, I definitely! Animals and nature are my favorites too, (I mean, I do enjoy abstract and planned scenes, but animals are at the top of the list!) Aww, you have chickens? That’s awesome! That’s one of them in your Profile Portrait, right? I agree, they are amazing to photograph:) -

Hi Faith! Sorry, I’m so late in welcoming you to Kingdom Pen, but Welcome!! 😀 *High fives for homeschoolers and chocolate!* Wow, seven siblings? Never really a chance to get bored then huh? I have two, and I never really get the chance, (boredom has strangely become a privilege of sorts for me XD ). But I think that that is spectacular…[Read more]

Your plotline for your story looks absolutely epic and *high fives* Narnia fans unite! XD Adventurous and epic music is definitely incredible, (a.k.a the Narnia soundtracks:)

Okay, I’m a little late welcoming you here, but, anyway, Welcome to Kingdom Pen! I’m Abigail by the way and it appears everyone has taken all the good questions, except for the two that I ask everyone, what is your favorite setting to write in? And what is your favorite character type? Not fully astounding questions, but I’m always…[Read more]

@abigail-m Very much looking for an opportunity every chance I get. It’s just too good to pass up.
@lewilliams I’m with Kathleen on villainous ice cream trucks. You should definitely include it in a story. Like, where do ice cream trucks even come from? Are they even stoppable?
@relia Ah, yes, I’ve done this myself several times. It’s awesome,…[Read more]

A bright orange ice cream truck that plays “We Three Kings”? That is the crown jewel of ice cream trucks! And so strange and funny at the same time, it would make an excellent addition to a story!:D

Maybe one day you will get to make a story from it:) Because that totally sounds like it would make an epic one 😀

That’s awesome! That kid sounds like an amazing character, (if only he knew he were going to be immortalized as a MC ), but I guess that proves that all is fair game to a writer XD Seriously though, just by reading that, I can tell that he has got to be quite a main character 😀

Aw, I love that memory 🙂 It reminded me of my own origami memory a long time ago. A boy from my old church, who had a chronic disease, had made an origami dragon (he was great at it), and I still have it actually.
And so when I read that, I had to read the story you said you wrote and girl, that was nothing short of beautiful. The…[Read more] -

@typewriter77 From the posts I’ve seen about how to pick locks or shoplift at the beginning whoever wrote it always puts a huge disclaimer that these tips are for writing purposes only and not for in real life.
I myself am usually too lazy to go into detail about anything, lest I mess any details up, or, perhaps, accidentally teach someone how to…[Read more]

Lin replied to the topic Themes for mystery/thriller? in the forum Mystery 4 years, 11 months ago
@typewriter77 A lot of those themes seem to work, in my opinion! God’s Justice vs Man’s Justice I’m not sure could be written in just a short story…maybe a longer work. Courage, trust, and Truth vs Deception could be in any work, I think, and Sin & Salvation as well as Loving Enemies both propose great story premises.
Good luck!
