Bonnifer is as bad a Garten Longtreader, if not worse… He is well written though.
Slarb… Slarb… Yes, that sounds right. Not him either, the grotesque poltroon. Fangs are just horrible, I suppose.

I never really thought of it as beautiful, just home.
Yep. XD
Snow is good, as long as you don’t have to travel in it and the power doesn’t go out.
I do like living here. We have strong churches and ——-. (I vehemently dislike politics)
I have never moved, but as my parents were both born in other states (to Texas folks)…[Read more]

Keilah H. replied to the topic Have you ever considered writing under a pseudonym, and why or why not? in the forum Topic of the Week 4 years, 7 months ago
I don’t really use a pen name, although I might have considered it once or twice. Reasons:
- I’m highly likely to never get married, so I’ll probably never have the issue of changing my last name.
- My name is unusual anyway.
- I’m mostly writing picture books for kids/teens, especially those with special needs. By using my real name, I feel…

@thelobsterlover I’m glad Dune gets the help he needs. And I get the antagonist-but-not-villain thing. I don’t think I’ve used that yet, but I think I’ve heard of it.
And thanks! Actually, the character I mentioned as being kinda cynical was an already existing character from a fandom. But the other one, she was entirely my creation, as were her…[Read more]

@autumn-rebecca Thor Ragnarok was the coolest! It’s my dad’s favorite, too, and it was the first Marvel movie I’d ever watched.

@nanisnook Now I want to draw Helmer with a red bandanna on his head and gray armor…… I doubt I’ll actually do it but still, the imagery is hilarious. And you’re welcome on the description!

@elishavet-pidyon Oh okay. I get it, I’ve done many of those myself.

I live in the Piney woods of East Texas, so round topped pines and ceder (The type of evergreens that explode pollen in the spring). We don’t get much snow, and when we do it’s usually just a dusting on top of ice, and it never stays long. However, every other year or so, we get a winter storm around February. The roads, and…[Read more]

I COMPLETELY agree with you guys about Bonifer. He’s worse than Gnag himself! He RAISED Gnag! He always makes me so angry too! I mean, he betrayed all of Aerwiar. I never forgave him after I found out.
I kind of forgot about Weaver. He was pretty bad too.
@koshka, I think that Fang’s name was Slarb. And…[Read more]

I don’t like Bonnifer. At all. Or Weaver. I mean, I could almost (but definitely not) prefer Oster Will. However, I don’t know which one I dislike the most.

The most beautiful place… My family has traveled much around the US to see family, so it’s hard to decide. Or remember.
- Tacoma Narrows and the Puget Sound with the tide rushing in.
- An overlook near Snoqualmie Pass (In the winter).
- This valley in Wyoming where you can stand on one rise and look across at the mountains…

@autumn-rebecca Really, you’ve seen Marvel? Which was your favorite (if you liked any at all)?
Hmm, I like them all equally.

Okay, yeah, I understood what you were saying I guess I just communicated my understanding poorly. Janner is not Christ, just his sacrifice was something to be admired. Yeah, Janner did make a lot of mistakes… I think that’s what made him such a realistic and relatable character. Real humans make mistakes, and so did…[Read more]

Power replied to the topic Who has impacted your writing the most? in the forum Topic of the Week 4 years, 7 months ago
My mom would probably be close to the top of the list when it came to impacting my writing because,
1) I wouldn’t even be here if it hadn’t been for her. 😉
2) She chose what school curriculum I used growing up since I was homeschooled. This was a big effort on #3
3) I hated reading, and was proud of the fact. It was hard for me. My mother…[Read more]

Nope. I think I’m with @godlyfantasy12 on this one. I don’t know if I’ve ever heard of the Author Conservatory until this post. Interesting.
