HEWWO, HOBBIT I’VE NEVER MET BEFORE. 👀 TIS I. THE STELLIEST OF BEANS (not the smelliest. I hope.)

I have some questions for yeeeeeeee… huhuhu.

1. What is your favorite goopy substance? Does that make sense? An icky thing that is hard to tell between solid or liquid and just brings you joy! Do people have favorites of those? &#x…[Read more]

Awwwww thank ye good sir. I shall tell ye whenever I find something I like 😆

*stares at empty stool, wondering whose it was… and how it came to be here*

Hello! They call me Stelly in some parts, Stellybean in others, and some simply call me A Bean. I am QUITE fond of rhyming. In random conversations without context, it is both poetic and amusing. 😆 I like them & I write them. FOR INSTANCE… *maniacal lau…[Read more]

@grcr

Oh dear me. This is only a tad concerning.

He does indeed. And yes, you should definitely read/watch Lord of the Rings.

Do you… have… a… FAVORITE… book?!?!?!?!?!?!!

@grcr

Wow how DARE you be three days late and then have the audacity to have such a dramatic entrance 😤😤😤 (I’m just kidding 😆)

Thank you for the welcome!

You are in luck, because shells are my favorite shape of mac and cheese with bow ties as a close second. Those are CLEARLY superior.

And yes, I am quite fond of LOTR. My favorite character is…[Read more]

It’s so weird not knowing everyone. It’s been the same people on here for almost 4 years and it feels so weird to introduce myself lol

@liskaboyce

Wow 17.5k is a lot! I hope your new project/novel long surpasses it 😌

Oooh yes I love Two Towers! I will have to say that book wise it is my favorite (for I have only read half the third book, so I cannot count that one). And movie wise I love the extended version of Return of the King, but for the non-extended versions Two Towers is…[Read more]

@stellybean

I am sure that whatever you do will be the right decision! Whenever I chose names for my characters, I like to focus on the meaning. I pick something I like about the character (like a value or personality trait) then go from there. I don’t know if this is a good way to do it or not, but it’s how I’ve done it 😆

@whalekeeper

Yeah, I opened my email and I was like WHATTT

And I logged onto Kingdom Pen and it’s very overstimulating 😭 I will get used to it I guess but wow it’s crazy

@reaganramm

OH MY WORD YOU’RE ALIVE

I’m Sara! I’ve been on here for about 4 years, but the last two years I haven’t been very active. I currently open KP once like every two months lol

I’ve also been working on the same novel since my freshman year (now I’m a senior) and I have yet to finish a single draft. Just ask the other people on here, I…[Read more]

I’m so sorry to hear that. I know what it’s like to have a parent fighting cancer. I don’t know what it’s like for you, but I’m willing to listen if you ever need to talk! I’m not super active on here but if you tag me I’ll reply when I can!!

GUYS WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON

@ellette-giselle @whalekeeper you guys are WHAT NOW???

And the KP people are ALIVE?!?!

I’ve been gone for so long lol I need to catch up hahahahaha

@esther-c @jonas @whalekeeper @keilah-h

After much thought (and casually disappearing again) I have decided what I want to do.

I’m still working on developing the plotline, as it has changed a lot.

I’m not sure if I’ll ever finish this story because I change it so much, but I honestly just write for fun so I guess if it’s fun, I should be…[Read more]

Thank youuuuu. I’ll definitely look into most of these. (PROBABLY won’t invent my own language though. 😅) I’m likely never going to say the character’s name in the story, but knowing it would help me connect with her more and get into her brain.

@bilbo-baggins

The highest word count I have for a project is 20,068 words. Unfortunately that project has been long abandoned, but I hope to exceed that word count with a new story! What about you?

The highest I have is 17.5k. Also a long-abandoned project 🙂

Out of curiosity, what is your favorite book/movie of LotR? I’m a Two Towers girl…[Read more]

@lillian

That is about what happens to me 😂 I often will think up like movie characters that seem to fit the one I’m trying to write and then base a lot of stuff of that as far as appearance goes. Once I took a character, based them off of Han Solo, and then called him Harrison. I was feeling really creative. 🤣

@reaganramm

Thank you so much!! I actually really like that 10 milestone framework! I have heard of the 5 milestone framework and have attempted using it before, however I then realized that it absolutely destroys my plot when I have to fill in gaps by pantsing 😅 I will definitely try this!

@whalekeeper

Is it possible that the structure…
