Good news! Smokehouse Creek fire is 87% contained, Windy Deuce fire 92%, and Grape Vine Creek fire 96%!

So, the Smokehouse Creek fire situation is better. It’s now 37% contained and there’s currently 290 personnel there, along with 58 engines and 10 bulldozers. Keep praying!

I’ve never done a Save The Cat outline. But I frequently use this website called Helping Writers Become Authors. K. M. Weiland, the writer on the website, has a TON of stuff on outlining scenes, plots, and character arcs. Maybe you can find something on there.

Not much to report today. It’s day 8 of the fire. Windy Deuce fire has gone to 55% contained. It looks like they’re starting to gain more supplies for the Smokehouse Creek fire and they hope to make a bunch of progress today.

Yeah, it’s all pretty crazy.

I have the same trouble with endings, though I don’t write poetry. We’re in the same boat (no pun intended).
