@godlyfantasy12 Ooo I gotcha!
I don’t really write themes, so that’s a little harder. Just recently I started adding themes of redemption and forgiveness as well as revenge, character growth, and Christianity.
Here’s a few extra I thought of off the top of mi…[Read more]

@maryg3 Hi, Mary!! Welcome to KingdomPen!!
I am a scifi fantasy writer/author, with two published books! I also have a blog, but I’m a master procrastinator so I rarely update T_T
I love telling cheesy jokes, hate hallmark movies, love CS Lewis, kinda like Tolkien, and love historical fiction/Fantasy/Sci-Fi novels. Especially if they’re long…[Read more]

@will_starke Welcome to KingdomPen!! We have a really great community of Christian writers here that would love to get to know you, so I’ll just tag a few below. What is your current novel about? What is your favorite genre to read/write in? Do you have a pet? How many books have you written?
Also quick joke! Why did the cow jump over the moon?…[Read more]

The Art of Deception (my sci-fi) is the preachiest with Christianity that I’ve ever been, and I’m loving it.
Used to, when I wrote Fantasy, I thought like what you’re saying. How will I ever reach a non-Christian audience if I talk about God a lot?
Well, (like Gracie said!) maybe that’s not where God is calling us. We become so…[Read more]

@devastate-lasting Hi! Do you know of any clean movies/books in Chinese? I would be super greatful if you could reccomend something! Thank youu <3
-
Dunno about clean… Ngl my knowledge of Chinese cuss words is quite limited (I’ve probably heard them all but never registered them as such, lol). I’ll probably recommend you some clean kids’ movies, that’d be the safest. “Monkey King: Hero is Back” is one of my favorites, as well as the recent “Nezha”. There’s probably more but nothing else…[Read more]

@devastate-lasting Okk that’ll work! Thanks a bunch!!

An older customer was waiting near the front desk, where Catherine stood, hunched over a bouquet of flowers. She looked up at me as she finished tying a ribbon around a vase of yellow blossoms.
Here’s my last sentence XD This is a really terrific idea, Katherine!!

@hrothgar42 Yeeah, it’s probably for the best that they burned…. the Trolls liked them quite a bit, but I’ve noticed humans seem to have a hard time enjoying them. Oh well.
The Art of Deception! Keep working at it and you’ll get it done before the century, I’m sure XD But if you don’t, there’s always the next Millenium. I once had a friend that…[Read more]

Hey, JC! So, I am, Lord willing, going to go into the Biblical fantasy genre with my next WIP. As a fellow writer in that genre, I was wondering if you had any favorite websites, documentaries, or books that you found particularly helpful in finding out what daily life and the Jewish religion of that day was like. Any researching…[Read more]-
Thank you so much for the advise! I’m sure this will all be very helpful. We will be writing in fairly close, and eventually, the same time period (I am planning on writing a trilogy about the life of Simon Peter), so I really appreciate all of your help. 🙂 And I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to type Biblical fantasy; I meant to say…[Read more]
