I do like to design fashion, although it’s a more recent interest of mine so I don’t know a lot about it yet. Basically, all I do is search variations of “modern fashion design” on Google, then use some of the ideas to create my own.
Yeah, old fashion is kind of a good thing to research for world-building. I do that sometimes…[Read more]

Okay, thanks, @elishavet-pidyon. I’m thinking of writing a story about more creatures like Artham, so I was wondering if there was already a name for that kind of species or if I’ll have to make one up myself.

Oh awesome! I like that about short stories too. Although I tend to make them too long and drawn out XD
Ikr! I should!
Aww that’s awesome!! I was kind of similar. When I was around 5-11 I would write short stories and novellas and “publish” them with tape, staples and printer paper XDD. And then when I was…[Read more]

Yeah, WFS characters are so hard to decide on because there are so many of them and their personalities are all so unique.
Same for me on drawing. I draw people (and mermaids), and sometimes I draw fashion just for fun, or I’ll make maps or fantasy creatures.
Yes, I do like poetry. I mostly write short little rhymes, so…[Read more]

Yeah, for sure 🙂
I used to write a ton of
cringe worthyshort stories, but I think I got kinda tired of writing them XD. I’ve just been working on my main project, although I would like to get back into writing short stories cuz they’re good practice. But yeah. *shrugs*What about you?
Ikr?! Yess pasta is…[Read more]

@elishavet-pidyon
Yeah, I like Artham, mostly because his wings are just so… cool. By the way, do you know of a name for a fantasy creature (besides an angel, if they can be considered fantasy), that has wings like that? -

It’s nice to meet you too, @elishavet-pidyon!
Well, for piano, I really like playing modern music made for piano solos. Have you heard of The Piano Guys? I play some of their song arrangements, like “A Million Dreams”, “Perfect”, and “Angels We Have Heard on High.” I also play worship music (normally I use a lead sheet for chords and then make my…[Read more]

AHhHh I love the end too! But then, I also hate it if you know what I mean *cries silently*
I know the themes in it are BEAUTIFUL! I love the poetry too! Peterson is an incredible author!
Do you like troll poetry? I don’t always understand it very well, but I must admit…those trolls are talented XDD

Haha, ikr!
I don’t, actually…yet. I’m a definitely a pantser when it comes to writing novels (especially a series), so I usually don’t have a good premise until I finish it lol. But basically *doesn’t know how to summarize without spoilers and without making it sound boring* it’s about a dystopian society called Kalopsia…[Read more]

I typically struggle to get my worlds down on paper, they mostly float ambiguously in my head.
Have you considered hiring a dragon to take care of your knight problem? It doesn’t have to be a ferocious beast, it could just look really intimidating but have a weakness for muffins.
ANYWAY…
I think my strong suit is emotion.…[Read more]

Oh that sounds SOO cool! I’d totally read that! That’s cool that you write with your sister too! I have 4 siblings, but none of them like to write XD. Although, my little brother is one of my main beta readers, which has been interesting lol.
That’s awesome! I haven’t written many short stories (mostly cuz when I do, they end up…[Read more]

The Hermit. Yes.😂 I love Horse and his Boy …
I don’t think it’s plagiarism, though. Your story will be different to mine in a thousand other ways, so I don’t think it really matters if some of our names have similarities.

I love your lines! And is it crazy that I also have a character whose nickname is Prince S?😂

Well, I only kind of read The Archer’s Cup… 😛 I started in the middle and skimmed through the rest. I thought it was good; not my favorite book in the series, but definitely better than some other books I’ve read. 😉
Oh, that is so cool! The GE actually series inspired me to start a fanfic, too! I haven’t worked on it in month…[Read more]

Glad to have given you an idea.
I wasn’t sure if my idea of people communicating with animals is lame-sounding or not. It’s based on my imaginative world when I was little changed a bit but the world, peoples, cultures, and fantasy creatures still have their roots in that. When I was young I’d spend hours upon hours going on…[Read more]

@devastate-lasting
True. Where do all those Eastern Dragons be tho?True. True. I actually liked the three introductions when I first read it too. I thought it was a deliberate poke at all the fantasy clichés. I hoped the story would be a somewhat fun yet heartfelt parody of the common fantasy stories. However, the rest of…[Read more]
