(Is this like a line by line role play, or a scene by scene role play sort of thing?)
It’s definitely more like paragraph by paragraph. Since this is not on a crazy active forum (as in everyone spends every minute of every day writing posts) please don’t wait for someone else’s character to act. 🙂 That’s how we spend an enormous amount…[Read more]

Sigh….it’s….rough yall….
I’m also going to seek out some advice from my mom (she’s pretty great at this kinda stuff)
@elishavet-pidyon what you said really helps.
I wouldn’t be bringing the Charrie back because I wrote myself into a corner, and it wouldn’t be a “Deus Ex Machina” thing where like they’re all about to die and OH L…[Read more]

Mmm, good ideas!! So like a brain dump… I like it… Thanks!!
Yesss, there will definitely be blood and sweat and tears and pain 😬

@elishavet-pidyon You’re totally fine! I’m glad that you like it. From what everybody has said, I think I’ll definitely even out the rhymes a bit. Thank you for the insight!

Sorry to disappoint you, but, please, stick around!! 😉
Today I have a simple question for y’all:
How do you go from an semi-fleshed-out idea to a real plot? How do you build a bridge from a s…[Read more] -

Okay, so last night I got this amazing idea. At least I think it sounds amazing. But my problem is, it also sounds a bit cliche.
The problem is, I don’t get out much. Honestly, I’m pretty picky about what I read, so modern secular works are very rarely added to the list, and I am pretty clueless about what’s actually on the shelves. I know I…[Read more]

Hola! I need a little help with this poem. I want to post it on my blog, but I want to make sure that it is good enough. Do the rhymes keep a good rhythm? Does it pull on the emotions? Any thoughts? Is it worth posting or should I trash it and try again?

I write fanfiction, mostly. I’m not the best with original plots, but I make original characters and sidestory fanfics to go with them like crazy. My brother is better at creating villain groups, cool weapons, and that sort of thing than I am. But I like writing little picture books (5 published already), and I’ve done a few essays.
Also,…[Read more]

Hey, you guys. I’m trying to write a Wingfeather Saga fan fiction and I need your help with ideas.
So, if I remember correctly, the Overseer never had a specified backstory within the Wingfeather series. Like, we knew he was a bad guy… but how did he get that way? He wasn’t like the Fangs, he was a human. Something had to happen to make him act…[Read more]

I’d believe that. XD I’d intended to write up a compare-and-contrast review between the book and the movie after I read the book, but I never got around to re-watching the movie or writing the review, so… add it to the list of reviews I’ve intended to write and forgotten about. ;P But at some point I think that would still be…[Read more]

The book. I don’t think I knew there was a play, although that makes sense. I knew it was a musical and movie, among other things, so of course there would be a play somewhere in there. XD I actually watched the Emmy Rossum movie long before I read the book. (They’re very different, and each quite enjoyable in their own way.)

Hi everyone!
As you may remember, I recently started my blog. Many of you have subscribed, and I’m so grateful for that!
However, I’m struggling a little bit right now trying to learn how it all works. I’m quite new to the blogosphere, so I don’t quite understand some things, or I’d like advice on how to do them better. For example:…[Read more]
