@writingwren

I don’t know a whole lot of YA as it’s not my main reading. But I do know some clean middle grade fiction, and some clean Christian “adult” fiction.

MG recommendation:

The Mysterious Benedict Society. While not Christian, it’s Very fun, completely clean action and adventure.

YA:

The Drafted d…[Read more]

i imagine Paris is insufferable. He’s the dude who kidnapped Helen right?
(Sigh I need to read the Iliad. I need to find a good translation that’s easy-ish to read. I don’t mind a difficult read but it gets annoying sometimes.)

Oooooh. Well in that case, my hill to fatally and unseriously perish upon would be that country music isn’t real music. (If you like country music, I’m really sorry. But I stand by this.)

@theducktator

Hello there!

My answers:
I just like good old chocolate chip pancakes.

I could carry like- 10 pigeons probably, if some of them didn’t mind being stuffed in hoodie pockets. I might get annoyed with their poop and throw them off a cliff though.

I would have… hmm. Good question. Fire or lightning. Probably lightning, bc then I c…[Read more]

Hello @theducktator!

I nanny 3 kids. One of them I’ve been nannying from when he was born! It was the most precious moment when I got to hold him at the hospital a day after he was born.

ummm…I like blue berry dark chocolate pancakes specifically made from scratch.

ummm…Princess Academy is a good one!

Hiiiii!! I’m Stellybean! But you already knew that!! Sadly no, I do not possess a real duck. I am just creepily obsessed with the rubber ones. I’ve built an army from the little claw machine at the local arcade. They all sit upon my desk, waiting to charge into Mordor behind me. (After I decapitate the Mouth of Sauron. Not rea…[Read more]

Really good verses. I didn’t understand the purpose of baptism for a really long time. Didn’t really get it until a few years ago. I thought it was just a symbol and not important.

The Bible is very clear on how to be saved. In Acts 2:38, the crowd asks Peter what they must do to be saved. He says: “Repent AND be baptized, each of you, in the n…[Read more]

I probably messaged a dozen different emails trying to find the mods. 😂 Ellette happened to find the right one when KP went down temporarily. But we didn’t contact Reagan further until the other day, when I asked Ellette if she could find his contact again. We probably could have done this sooner, but life is busy.

I or Koshka will…[Read more]
