@e-p-writes

Oooo I like that one!!!!! THANK YOU for sharing!!!! <3333

@daisy-torres

I’ve just recently been introduced to urban fantasy, so I haven’t ever read any books, as knowledge serves, that are in that genre. (I believe I heard someone say @e-k-seaver novella The House That Didn’t End was urban fantasy. I *sniffs* sadly haven’t gotten my copy yet, but I think it’ll be REALLY epic!!!)

Anyway, urban fantasy’s…[Read more]

First book. You either enjoy or you don’t. I liked the writing style, the world, and the characters, but I will admit the plot could have been stronger. (Although I personally enjoyed it.)

Second book. Developes the character flaws we got a glimpse of in the end of the first book. Stepping stone to the next books yes, but this is where the story…[Read more]

I think the message is clear: READ ON. IT GETS BETTER AND IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

🙂 😉

And considering this was his first venture into fantasy, and the last book was written after ten years of thought, the series definitely gets better.

@abigail-m

I’ll tell you as soon as the first draft is beta ready, and I will be needing help along the way. Thank you!

Exactly. Sometimes I want to smash the computer.

Ok, I will rephrase that. Thank you! (I enjoyed writing that part. The epilogue is vaguely based off of the book And God Was There.)

Oh good! I love writing transliterated…[Read more]

@abigail-m

you didn’t have to cross the “better than a comedian” part out. I’ll take that compliment proudly.

Thanks for the story, the yoda quote, and tips. But honestly, time isn’t my problem. I have several hours of free time a day where I just lay down and stare up at the sky and contemplate my life and daydream about what could have…[Read more]

I understand if the series isn’t for you. We were actually very sceptical of it at first, especially of the fangs. I also see where the first book could be cliche or slow. He uses many plot points we are all too familiar with, and there are a few things that are a bit unrealistic. Then, why do I like them? Well,…[Read more]

@trahia-the-minstrel YES I  l o v e  that series!!! It’s literally one of the best out there. and so well-thought!!

@elanor it’s totally fine XD

It really is amazing!! I lovee books about Ireland and the Sea. And Vikings. That book just hits me differently than other books do, ngl XD

Isn’t it though?? That’s honestly one of the reasons I love writing so much. It’s nice to know that you have a way to help others when they need it.

You know, I guess I’ve never…[Read more]

@trahia-the-minstrel I’ve read the whole of Assassination Classroom and I agree that the content/humor can get very. Um. Yeah. But also the overall story and themes are really good, so I view it in a positive light. Dr. Stone I’ve gotten a lot of ads for, but haven’t watched it yet.

Um. Content for Code Geass (it’s been years)… I watched it…[Read more]

@not-so-secret-assassin

The first book reads like a bedtime story. It’s not the deepest. It’s not necessarily high-quality literature. But it’s fun and it kicks things off. (And I personally enjoyed the footnotes; I found the writing style amusing.)

The second book I don’t remember real well except that I wasn’t a big fan of it, but it’s a…[Read more]

@not-so-secret-secret-assassin *whispers* Based.

I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this before, but I read way more manga than I do watch anime, simply because I don’t have the time for it. And when I do have the time, I watch whatever I want on a whim. For example, finding the entirety of season one of Assassination Classroom was no mistake. I’m…[Read more]

@not-so-secret-secret-assassin While I do choose to forget a lot of things, one thing I will remember is that I haven’t read any books, much less middle-grade fiction, for years. And I don’t remember reading much fantasy, at all. And honestly books with dragons in them are pretty much all the same (where’s my Eastern Dragon representation, eh?)

@devastate-lasting Your silence speaks volumes. You HAVE read it before, Linyang. You just chose to give yourself amnesia so you didn’t have to continue having nightmares about it. Smart choice. Any tips for self induced amnesia? Oh yeah, you wouldn’t remember.

And thanks for your blessing. I’ll need it.

I don’t like anime. It’s too nerdy for me. I’m not a cringe weeb. I’ve moved on to greater things.

That said, I only like Attack on Titan.

And maybe Full Metal Alchemist.

And To Your Eternity.

And Erased.

And Death Note.

And The Promised Neverland.

And Your Lie In April.

And Hunter X Hunter.

But other than that, there definitely isn’t any…[Read more]

IT’S LEG DAY BABY LEZZ GOOOO!
