Not gonna lie, I read the title of this forum as “What is a good character? Death.” and had to take multiple double-takes. XD

I’d say that an antagonist is the opposite of a protagnoist, whereas a villain is the opposite of a hero. I would actually challenge the idea that we have to write clean merely because we’re Christians. Take a look at some of the topics the Bible covers:

– Rape and sexual abuse

– Wars and entire peoples being wiped out
