@lightoverdarkness6 @orielle21
Where we live (Ohio) we typically get snow in November, barely any in December, then more in January and February. We’ve actually had snow on Easter before!! 😄
According to the weather, it looks like we’ll have a white Christmas!! It just may be really cold and windy. 🥶😆

Amidala
“Are you two looking for anyone?” Grimm asked.
Ami shook her head. “Not really. We’re just… here.” She smiled. “What about you?”
Sorry, that was really short. 😅 XD

I have never read them, but I’ve heard of them. I know my friend described it as almost a staple of YA fiction at her school. As in, pretty much everyone had read it.
I’ve never had a big interest in reading it before, but as of now, I’m still deciding if I want to or not.
It’s interesting to hear different opinions on it! 🙂

Actually, it sounds a lot like Quentin, the hero’s distant cousin. I mean, if names run in the family…
That’d be cool!

Welcome!!! I bumped into you on another thread, but it’s so nice to meet you!!
I am learning Spanish as well, and play the violin!!
As for my writing, I like a little bit of everything. I wrote the first draft of the first book in a fantasy duology; I am currently writing a dystopian trilogy; I have an idea for a biblical fiction a…[Read more]

Thanks for the title suggestions!
Awesome!! Thanks for reading!
I’m sure your grandparents will love it!
Thx!! I really hope they do!!
I actually liked how you implied that they kissed but didn’t actually say so. I honestly think that’s cuter and more romantic than saying “he kissed her and…

Wow, that Viking story sounds super cool! I’d love to read it if/when you decide to share!
Thanks! I’m still deciding… 😀
Same! I definitely prefer handsome. Cute seems to imply younger boys . . . sometimes my mom will say a guy is “cute” and I’m like, “Not really . . . handsome maybe” LOL
Yeah, I use handsome. Anyway, this topic is go…[Read more]

Great idea!! I may add in Aloth. He’s the villain from my Refined Duology. He’s absolutely terrible. I don’t quite know his motive yet. 😅 I guess I’ll figure it out once I start writing him into the castle.

Thanks so much for the feedback!! I’m really glad you enjoyed it!!
Yeah… I was a little on the fence about the kissing part, but I went with it anyway bc 1). I didn’t go into detail. 2). It’s supposed to be a bit Hallmark-y, if you know what I mean. 😅
I’m glad it made you laugh. After all, that was the point! 😁 Thanks fo…[Read more]

Part 1
Brynn Laurier handed Grandma the steaming bowl of soup. “It’s hot,” she warned, setting it down in front of her. Grandma took a large sniff of the soup. “Smells good,” she said.
Brynn watched as Grandma took a spoonful of the soup. She tasted it for a moment. “Perfect,” she proclaimed. Brynn smiled. Finally, she had nailed Grandma’s sou…[Read more]
