Lol, I get it. I’m just unusually stubborn, in a lot of areas. 😛 I would say that an abridged version is acceptable, but you just won’t have the prestige of being able to say that you read the whole version. XD

Okay, that makes sense. I abbreviate when possible as well, like my current WIP Out of the Ashes– actually it was my sisters who first started calling it OOTA, and it stuck. XD!
