Thanks!! 🙂
Hmm… that’s a hard question. I don’t remember them very well since it’s been around six-seven years XD Yeah, I just might! Haha, I appreciate the clarification.

Thank you!! Yeah, it was for school when I was around that age… I think I still have the book somewhere in my room! I need to dig it out again 🙂 Oooh, I’ll have to watch them!! Thank you for recommending them!! *high-fives* I looked them up and saw there were a lot of them!!
Of course not!! 🙂 I didn’t know KP had…[Read more]

This is a great idea!! Unfortunately, since I’m beginning NaNoWriMo in April, however, I’m afraid I won’t be able to participate in this. But good luck to all who do! 🙂 Thanks for the tag!

Abigail and I were just sharing info about our characters : ) There’s no specific questions. Yes, I know! Talking about characters is so fun, isn’t it? I’m not strict when it comes to POV charries–one character gets a chapter, one character gets two chapters, et cetera…

@scripter-of-kingdoms Ooh this is such a fun idea! I unfortunately doubt that I’m going to be able to participate fully, though I may in a smaller way–maybe 100 words a day or something. Thanks for tagging me!!

Thank you for taking the time through that… lengthy post XD And thank you very much! It makes me sooooo happy (and made me grin) to know you find my beloved characters interesting! I think a lot about backstory in characters and use that to sculpt who they are now. And thank you—I heavily emphasize Caira and Deek’s relationship and h…[Read more]

Elizabeth replied to the topic If you got to be a screen writer for a movie, what type of movie would it be? in the forum Topic of the Week 5 years, 1 month ago
@kathleenramm I’ve been thinking about this question ever since you posted it, partially because it’s such a good question, and partially because the one full-length screenplay I’ve written was about a Godfather-style fairy mafia. Title? The Godmother. You’re welcome. 😛
Nowadays, I think I would love to write a comedy, preferably one with some…[Read more]

@tabitha-cassandra Hello and welcome to the Kingdom of Pen! Would you care for a cup of tea? I offer one to all new arrivals. 😀 I’m Elizabeth by the way, and it’s so very nice to meet you.
Your WIP sounds so cool!! What drew you to sci-fi? I’m more of a fantasy writer myself, but do love a good science fiction story.
*high five for a fellow…[Read more]

Great!! Warning: this may end up being a looong post, so sorry 🙂 As far as deepest fears…
Caira’s deepest fear is being alone. After she loses her entire family (other than Deek), she feels like she’s blindly beginning this new life completely on her own, without her parents or family to help her, and she feels bound by fear. Eve…[Read more]

Aw, thanks!! And *looks around* *whispers* no, I won’t tell him, though I think that about him all the time! 😀 Thank you! I thought those names fitted them well, and I think your characters’ names fit them well, too! (I still adore the name Mejia so much!!) I love nicknaming my characters, too. Sometimes I’ll refer to Newton as ‘Newt’…[Read more]

Phew! That’s good to know that I haven’t been boring everyone with them! XD Yeah, I think those characters are the most adorable ones (like Deek)! I’m glad you decided to include the romance in TSW, because I already adore your characters and definitely ship Mejia/Filip 100% 😉 Ooh, those are some great names! Though I have to admit I…[Read more]

Oh, no problem, girl!! 🙂 And I’m very happy that I could help!! (I mean, I mostly fangirled, so sorry XD) Yes, you did an AMAZING job with writing those first couple of chapters (and Colin), and I’m very interested to see what’s going to happen! Lol I’m either in the middle of like, draft 6000 or the longest draft 1 ever so take what follows as you mayHonestly, what has helped me the most to get into my character’s heads is to work on a scene I’m dying to write, whether or not it actually fits into my draft. Elizabeth replied to the topic What's Been A Foundational Book For You? in the forum Book Discussions 5 years, 1 month ago
@buildsbygideon For me, the book that’s been most foundational in my (recent) life has been Finding God’s Life for My Will by Mike Donehey. My husband and I read it out loud together this year (twice, actually) and it was such a wonderful read. It’s a bit hard to summarize, but I saw it described on Goodreads as part Christian living, part band…[Read more]

Amazing Alexa!! Btw, what is your WriMo title? I’m WritingWarrior, (there is someone else who has a title like that too, but mine’s the one without the portrait). Anything is good (whether writing or outlining) as long as you can get 50k out of it:)
Great! Before NaNo officially begins, I think I’ll outline a bit so that I can have a guideline for where I’m going 🙂 By the way, do you know how to edit your current word count in NaNo? It says I’ve written 0 words and I didn’t know if I could update that to my current word count
Oh yes, if it is your April NaNo Project, it already has its dates set in it to begin on April 1st. So you won’t be able to update until then your word count on that specific project until then.
But you can start another project under another title as a secondary project (since it will only allow one official NaNo project at a time). And then,…[Read more]
Oh, that makes sense! And thanks for the idea! I was thinking about adjusting the word count goal to make things slightly easier, but nope–I’m going for 50,000 all the way 🙂 And I guess I could just update the current word count on April 1st…
