Of course, I’m happy to ramble about ideas and I love talking with writers about their writing too:) I think you have a great story here and I already have a lot of sympathy for your poor characters; she loses her arm?! That’s aweful! (But awesome for character development).
Defiently.

Love the covers, y’all!!! 🙂 Unfortunately, my only cover design has an old title on it, and the image I used doesn’t really work with the new title. Guess I need to design a new one! XD

Those are wonderful lines!!! (And I suddenly pity Wilfred’s poor journal😛😉)
Fanfics really are fun. It’s a chance to stretch your abilities as a writer! 🙂
My fanfic follows Helmer in the months following King Jupiter’s defeat. I think it’ll probably span from a week or two after the defeat to sometime after arriving at Clou…[Read more]

Wow, Trahia! I love these, especially the second one. I love the two girls in the center of the cover. The hairstyle, clothes, and expressions show a lot about them. Who is the girl on the top of the cover? She looks like a very intriguing character and makes me wonder what she’s so worried over. I really like her design. E…[Read more]

Well then, I’ll take back the cross out ‘cause most comedians probably could take a couple lessons from you.
No problem, I love giving anyone and everyone that Yoda quote (like. All. The. Time.) XD Anyway, that IS a dilemma, but sadly I can’t help you too much there. I haven’t been on KP for a while, (I try to stop…[Read more] -

@not-so-secret-secret-assassin
That post you wrote is awesome! And is actually very helpful, (probably more so than several articles out there), so even though it was written for the awesome writer Elanor, I just wanted to say that it was very good and actually inspired me to write an escape scene for my current novel!

This scene is stacking up to be very interesting the more I hear about it! My favorite part of this (I know, I’m a cruel writer to characters) is that Kedja knows she can’t escape and that only Zlya will be able to make it out of the prison. This is great story-wise because most escape scenes get pretty much everyone out without a ton of…[Read more]

Hi, Koshka! I love this poem 😀 I visualized it being sung by a captive like you said it would be and think that that works wonderfully:) It felt wintery and mysterious and sad and hopeful. I especially loved the last stanza and how each line in it was its own yet completely tied together. So I think that’s beautiful.
Hmmm, the only t…[Read more] -

Well, I only kind of read The Archer’s Cup… 😛 I started in the middle and skimmed through the rest. I thought it was good; not my favorite book in the series, but definitely better than some other books I’ve read. 😉
Oh, that is so cool! The GE actually series inspired me to start a fanfic, too! I haven’t worked on it in month…[Read more]

True. Where do all those Eastern Dragons be tho?True. True. I actually liked the three introductions when I first read it too. I thought it was a deliberate poke at all the fantasy clichés. I hoped the story would be a somewhat fun yet heartfelt parody of the common fantasy stories. However, the rest of…[Read more]
