Aww, y’all. That was pretty awesome to read through.
And now…
I hope nobody minds where I take this.
Alyona
Nerves were strung, spirits low. She glanced around to see everyone on the ground breathlessly watching those who weren’t.
Eva had the darling little girl. Even though Nadían was…[Read more]

Viktor
It wasn’t such a high climb. Not ideal exercise for that time of night, but no help would come if waiting.
It was the safest place.
Viktor began to speak, but was silenced by the sight of Vulkasin astride the window. In one fluid motion the Voyager had scaled…[Read more]

And I’m on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Finally)
By the way, Sorren and my villain Ocran would be very interesting together. Mainly because they’re both cold and, well, conceited. Ocran does have rather complicated reasons for what he does. A lot of mental justification. In the end, if course, he’s really j…[Read more]

Oh, those are delicious! (If that’s a proper adjective to use in any such like situation, it is here.)
Jennie’s is beautiful (sooo sweet.), and I think of the last three I especially liked Michael’s and Jayden’s. (Some of our family are Marines, so I might be a little biased. Just a little.) 😉

Elishavet Elroi replied to the topic Why write clean? in the forum Mission, Calling & Ethics 2 years, 3 months ago
First off, I totally agree with writing cleanly. While I have not had to combat that yet, my mother went through a lot because of some very unclean books. Praise the Lord, she was able to use her experience to teach us to be careful with what we put before our eyes.
Also, we need to be careful, vigilant. We do not fight against flesh…[Read more]

Elishavet Elroi replied to the topic How to Portray Adoptive Parents Realistically in the forum General Writing Discussions 2 years, 3 months ago
I really don’t have experience with this, whether in life or in writing. However, I do have some friends that are part of a large family where each of them was adopted. As well as a family in our church that fostered to adopt. Adoption is beautiful, and I love it in a book.
I’ll tag @joy-caroline , because she has some knowledge…[Read more]

By the way, I don’t know if I’ve clarified this yet, but Viktor has nightmares sometimes about the night his parents died. (He doesn’t know that’s what it is, though he does suspect it’s more of a memory than imagination.) It’s also the time he got his hands burned. According to the people that…[Read more]

It was over. She had located Viktor as soon as the fists had stopped flying. He was sitting against the wall, his head leaned back, watching Franz with a much more peaceful expression.
Then he had come forward and now he was checking after Riker and the others.
Alyona followed Arabella…[Read more]

Ah, yes. This is perfect! (In a horrible way.)
Viktor
The man was on the ground, the fight was over. Viktor’s shoulder ached from where he’d collided with Zlatan.
From Zlatan’s face, Viktor guessed the Voyager didn’t mind that Viktor had pushed him away from his purpose.
Or rather, back onto…[Read more]

Ooooooooooooooo! Pizza!
Riker, November… Words fail.
Alyona
Something had changed. This was bad.
Alyona strained to see her brother’s face. When she did, the breath left her lungs.
Lit with a strange fury, his face shone white, but the anger met grief in his eyes. Dangerous grief.
He…[Read more]

Viktor’s mind froze on the image, unreal in the torch light. His ears filled with the sound of the blow.
And Alya’s scream.
Then two things fell into place.

Oh boy.
Viktor
It was not a gaurd, thank the Lord, and it wasn’t one of the retainers Viktor had seen during the day. This man was a stranger to him.
But not to others.
“Father, please calm down.” there was almost a quaver in Riker’s voice. The man had placed himself in front of November and…[Read more]

They were once again inside – or if not, close enough. The walls hardly let any starlight down here.
Someone else was near by. Friend? Foe? Viktor didn’t know and couldn’t guess.
He loosened his sword, the gastly thing, in it’s sheath, ready to draw. If only he knew how to use it. If…[Read more]

Exactly!!! XD
Viktor and November should totally get together. It would take a bit to make Viktor comfortable enough to tease November. Which would also be great. They really have a lot in common. Viktor hates fights, but he’d punch someone without thinking of it was to protect someone he loves.
Ah, Nyx. Yes. He must learn to…[Read more]
