I hope this isn’t spamming. I’m having to post all the links one by one.
Lastly, this seemed like a really neat resource, so I decided to share it. It has a thesaurus, translation, and apparently an audio. However, you have to have an account with them (it said it was free…?) to hear the audio, so I don’t know about that…[Read more]

Here’s one for transliteration/romanization, which seems to work reasonably well. Just keep in mind that some Hebrew letters have different forms/sounds. (ב ,פ ,ת ,ש) (s/sh, t/th, p/f, b/v) Also, it doesn’t seem to be able to understand niqquf either. This makes the transliteration sketchy. However, if you have the niqqud, Kos…[Read more]

@godlyfantasy
These are audio banks (I think). The first appears to have more Biblical than Conversational Hebrew. I couldn’t quite figure out the second, but it seemed like it held promise. Both have adds.

Oh yes, the lack of pronunciation problem. XD Apparently, Google and Microsoft are afraid of niqqud, so there are no automated voices for Hebrew. XD I love it. (And really don’t, considering I’m technically in kindergarten when it comes to Hebrew myself, and I could definitely use some extra help sometimes.)
Anyway, I understand…[Read more]

Awww, thanks y’all. I’m glad you like it. ❤️ *Is full of warm fuzzy feelings*
(Reúven is totally not my favorite. Totally. 😉 )
Also, Felicity, it took me several days to complete because I kept putting it back down, but at least five hours combined. (probably more. I…[Read more]

Ok, so, I still haven’t found any pics for Reúven
haven’t even been lookingbut I went to draw another portrait of Viktor, and this happened instead. I’m pretty satisfied with the accuracy, so I decided to share it in lieu of a regular photo.Oh, and did I ever mention Reúven’s freckles? Definitely his mother coming out in him.

First off, sorry this is so late. I struggle to keep up with conversations on here because of a quirk with the notifications… And I am a little forgetful.
However! Thank you, and I’m so glad you liked it! The worlds we visit do tell much about us, as do the ones we chronicle.
And, YAY!! I shall definitely be asking you a lot. XD I…[Read more]

No, no. I think I genuinely agree. I prefer the possible struggles in the first; the family quality of a father and a daughter, and a…[Read more]

Greetings and welcome to the Kingdom of Pen! I’m called Elishavet around here, (also known by my Middle Earthian friends as the Rangeress Aenwest of the Morningstar. By those who know the Shining Isle, I’m a little historian living in Kigor, a town about two day’s travel from Rysen. Narnians know me as that nosy cloaked lass that…[Read more]

Greetings and welcome to the Kingdom of Pen! I’m called Elishavet around here and I write… A bunch of randomness really. Realistic medieval fantasy is what genre I place my WIPs, but nonfiction and poetry are never too far off.
Although poetry is usually much closer.
I’m thrilled to meet another poetry lover! Nature is a…[Read more]

Good to see you too! Yeah, life looks rather crazy for me as well, although the Bible Quiz Tournament this weekend has my brain stuffed with Ephesians and all other upcoming activities cast behind a veil of stress. XD
Glad you think it would be fun!
I’m also glad to hear they’ll have it up in the near-ish…[Read more]

I’m still here…. A little cloaked lass wandering the Wood Between the Worlds and slowly making her way through the dreaded land of Algebra (which does have it’s nice spots, to be honest. Just a lot of dark lore.)
And still in the plotting/drafting stage both of my WIPs.
I have no idea about the articles. I hope they start…[Read more]

I’m totally barging in, but I love this topic. (Am very much an audio drama fan)
I love AiO, and Focus on the Family’s other works, especially their Chronicles of Narnia. ❤️ (Both of which I grew up with)
Also, I’ve written Adventures in Odyssey fan fiction scripts as well (with my twin sister and a friend). There are so many…[Read more]

The window opened again to reveal a scene – no, not a scene, a place. A real live, moving place! William stared in utter shock.
It couldn’t be real. It couldn’t.
But it was, and as he slowly become comfortable with it, he began to find himself becoming interested in the story. It was like looking into a dream after you had woken up and finding…[Read more]

That was awesome! I love the camera panning/movie feel. I often imagine scenes like that, so it makes it very satisfying.
(Anyone else create “trailers” to their books in their heads?)
I’ll do a quick reaction.

Mathew, the brown haired boy with the nervous stutter and friendly face, suddenly turned toward Viktor.
“Victor, r-r-right?”
Viktor nods.
“Truth or Dare?”
Reúven was smirking. Dalton was sitting stock still as if lack of movement would make himself invisible. And perhaps it did. Everyone was looking at Viktor now, afte…[Read more]
