@winter-rose *is late* Heya, I’m an OYANer. XD
OYAN is really helpful and awesome in more than one way. The curriculum is really cool and I loved watching the lessons. The textbook has example clips from other books to demonstrate its point which is nice. Also The Prisoner of Zenda. One of my favorite books. <3
And honestly, one of the best parts…[Read more] -

@kate-flournoy The Duchess and the Devil is the one you’re referring to, I believe. And that’s actually my favorite one… *hides* because Archie. Archie is sad. Archie is wonderful.
That one wasn’t too bad in my opinion. There was one kind of suggestive moment… I think that was about it. But as far as blood and violence goes, it was pretty…[Read more] -

Well, I’ve been sadly absent recently.
Can’t promise I’ll be around more in the near future at the moment, but what I can do is give you all more of Cobalt!
So, this is unfinished at the moment. Technically, I finished it in November, but the ending was written at 2:00am and is kind of incoherent.
A bit of a cliffhanger. But there’s lots to read.…[Read more] -

Awesome thoughts, @kate-flournoy!
Just adding a bit on top of that…
Usually there are two types of hero: The eager hero and the reluctant hero.
The eager hero inherently drives the plot along much faster, but generally jumps into the situation not fully knowing the dangers or effects of what he’s doing.
The reluctant hero normally stars in more…[Read more] -
