@esther-c I write alternately from first or third. It really depends on which you like better. I wouldn’t do it just because that’s the mainstream, though. I also wouldn’t do multiple POV’s from first person, because that would get confusing quickly.

Most of my scenes involving my charrie Crosshair are written in first person (especially if they don’t really have a story they’re going to be a part of, and I’m just writing them for fun). IDK why, I just like getting inside his rather traumatized head and looking at the story world through his eyes.

(it’s a video game about monsters, I don’t play it, but I know of it. You can either kill them or befriend them when you meet them, and that drives the story forward different ways)

@whalekeeper I don’t have nightmares these days either. The only times I’m ever scared in a dream is when lightning strikes close to me, which it does a lot, but I haven’t had anything else disturbing occur in years.

@rae yep, his real name is David. Admittedly, I didn’t name him. I stole him, his brother, his girlfriend/wife, and most of his friends from various video games (only one of which I’ve even seen played lol)
