It’s ok, make the choice you need to make. I kinda knew after joining that most people probably wouldn’t stay forever.

I do want to say though that maybe consider why this is happening, because it can happen in other areas of your life in other ways. Like, maybe it’s not kp that’s the problem, but having a habit of…[Read more]

Lesli smiles, looking around at the amassing crowd around her.

“Wow, I’ve never seen the shopping district so crowded!” She squeezes Tauren’s arm, being careful not to wrinkle his starched white shirt.

XD thanks! I’m taking Japanese rn. I put it through translate too just to make sure I did it right lol.

You do! I forgot about that! Oh that’s super cool! I always like when expressions relevant to history are worked into worldbuilding.

  • @whalekeeper

Well because we seem to have already chatted abt this I’ll try to share something new lol. I really like facial expressions in manga and anime, their just so hilarious lol, and I strive to create the situations in my book that would make my characters make those expressions XD It’s really fun too me and definitely a reason I…[Read more]

Ah, I see where some of the confusion is. I think the best way I can explain it is that for the majority of the people here, creepy isn’t a shade of dark, it’s an entirely other animal that isn’t ok. I’m not trying to say your doing something wrong, just some people won’t be on board. It’s something that for me changes with exposure.…[Read more]

I get that, maybe it does seem odd to other people. Dark humor is pretty much fine to me, Ig just depending on context like anything else.

I think on kp where the *line* stands seems odd because it’s largely dependent on religious beliefs vs some standard. Like, most of us here are not comfortable with ‘creepy’ stuff. For example,…[Read more]

I think the main reason Tauren has the running his hands through his hair thing is just so I can describe that he has fluffy brown curls 😂

Riker probably bites his lip more than anything, followed by the hair thing. But he’s also used to avoiding eye contact and fearing the worst and all of those things, poor boi😭

    Oh, interesting question…

Well my kneejerk reaction is Riker because I feel so bad for him but honestly it’s got to be Leon.

    Here’s a couple reasons why:

Leon feels realistic. He’s lost his spouse, been in the concentration camp, and now has to start over. It makes sense he might become a alcoholic.
