@introvert_girl  I know it isn’t the most normal of names, but Nysa is a group of asteroids in the main belt and it sounds kinda pretty. 🙂

Some more normal names might be Esther, Ariel, Cordelia, Lyra, Maia, Nova (fun fact: my mom almost named my little sister Nova!), Astra, Dara, and Elanor.

When someone’s power becomes evident around age 15/16 they call it their “problem”, in general society sees these powers as a curse instead of a blessing. @notawriter My curent writing project is… Dystopian? Futuristic? I’m not sure what to call it. It’s set at least 100 years in the future, and people have special powers after a mega volcano was set off by nuclear activity.
