Ellette Giselle

@ellette-giselle @whalekeeper @koshka Wow, that is so awesome, guys!!

@littlemisssunshine

Literally, I have no idea where to start, so this is helpful.

No prob! What sort of stuff are you itching to find?

If you’re looking for advice, it helped me to find out my hair type (you can just look up “hair types” on Google) – there are some product-specific recommendations for each, I think.

That’s probably a good move. G…[Read more]

Ooh, okay this is a really good question, but I think I might be able to help!

First of all, take the pressure off of yourself to find “that project.” Several years ago, when I was just starting to take writing seriously, I heard another writer call her project her “heart novel,” or something along those lines. That put in my mind…[Read more]

Let’s see if I can get a quick RP in before crashing or inventing insomnia for the millionth time.

I have no idea how coherent this will be.

He looked back from the arming sword he had found. Wolfgang was glowing golden in the sunlight. His smile wreathed his face in pleasure at… what? His father’s…[Read more]

@loopylin

XD HAHAHA.

That is splendid.

I just loudly guffawed in my dorm room, forgetting my door was open. It is past sound curfew. I am not as sorry as I should be. XD

@writingwren

First off, here’s some applause for some impressive work you have already put into your writing! *applause*

I’d like to echo what Koshka just said. I’ve been where you are… ok, honestly, I feel like I am pretty much where you are but in a different boat. I have a series/epic saga that I love to pieces, but I finally realized that…[Read more]

@writingwren

First of all, you’ve been writing for two years and have worked on 6 drafts? That’s a lot of writing in not very much time, even if you didn’t finish or get far into some of those drafts. There’s a ton of ideas to work through and develop.

What you may be experiencing isn’t a lack of good Story. It might be a lack of understanding…[Read more]

Why does it look like I edited those posts twice each…

@rae

Extra note. If the forums look slightly different, it’s partially because we moved some of the roleplays into a new “Roleplays” forum section.

Stuff like the Labyrinth and Royal rps are on there.

@rae

What’s the story idea? You always have the option to talk about it on here. 🙃 Throw a few ideas back and forth, post snippets. Even if it’s just a small thing.

I’ve started work on a secret-ish novella. Not really secret, I guess… Anyway. If you have any novella tips, since you’ve written one, throw them at me.

How have you been?

@ellette-giselle

lol don’t worry about it! 😛

@whalekeeper

Not much. Thinking about a new story idea. That’s about it.

@ellette-giselle

yes we were totally taking over her intro post 🤭 thanks for moving it over here!

Haha I love that!

Oh yes, that’s a very good start hehe 🙂‍↕️ That’s so sweet though!! I hope everything goes smoothly with all the planning and such!

@eliasg

Thanks! I forgot about Frank Peritti!! I need to read his books.

@keilah-h

@quicksilverwyvern

okay the summery:

I had the idea for a thriller. A man whose daughter is killed on her way home from school, then he (just a ordianry dad) goes on a path of revenge to hunt the killer down. Only to find himself caught up in a world of…[Read more]

@writingwren Don’t worry, I can’t stick to anything either. i’m mostly a fan fiction writer (The clean sort, always clean, we need more wholesome fan fiction in the world PLEASE and less of the gross nonsense fanfics are notorious for. But I guess you would know about that given that you read the bad romances. You know how much that stuff absol…[Read more]

Awww, I love that!! That’s a short engagement though! (Which is completely fine, I’ve just never seen that before, so it’s really cool!) What do you have planned for the wedding?

And again, not only do I see the spiritual evidence that testifies for my viewpoint, I also think Scripture supports it. But I’m sure you’ve already heard similar presentations before. I think we will just have to be content in thinking upon it.
