So not entirely sure if this is the last thing I wrote in my first draft but it’s pretty close
And, as Lyn told the story of all that had happened in the wood, Ara couldn’t felt but feel encouraged, knowing that all three of them were safe.
And that’s all that mattered.
and this is the last thing I wrote in the zero draft of my 2nd b…[Read more]

@elfwing Thanks for the tag!!
This is suchh a cool idea!!
An older customer was waiting near the front desk, where Catherine stood, hunched over a bouquet. She looked up at me as she finished tying a ribbon around the vase of yellow blossoms.

@devastate-lasting Thanks! Let’s see, I’m a homeschooled high schooler, I’ve been writing for the past three years and want to make a career out of it, and I love theology. I talk without emojis or acronyms, so I often come across as stoic or insensitive. Please keep this in mind when I sound rude, because I may just be coming across wrong,…[Read more]

I’m about to start a record for the latest appearance on a comment thread… *facepalm*
This is such a fun idea!!! I love the idea of a hedgehog too. So cute and yet, so dangerous. As for my ideas, I think a lemur would be lovely. Perhaps a moose or a mole or a horde of ants as well. Or a hyena. Or maybe even a kangaroo!
If I ever…[Read more]

Hello, fellow Kapeefers! *waves awkwardly*
So, I am actually still alive. I know that my past messaging history seems to indicate that I fell off the face of the planet, but I am still very much here. However, over the summer, I entered the world of adulthood and got a job. Between that and 4H, I haven’t had a whole lot of spare time for…[Read more] -

@elfwing Haha yeaah I get you XD Same.
Exactly! Imo, there’s enough junk to deal with keeping out of my spirit without adding bad movies to the mix lol. No judgement for people who enjoy it, but personally, I don’t.
I haven’t seen the spiderman movies, but I saw the Antman one once and yes, I definitely have to agree XD

@elfwing Bahaha saameee. But I also enjoy reading some more dramatic things too, so each writer will have their own audience Ig XD And yeah haha, same here. I try not to read/watch things about false gods, so I’ve never seen it XD But I’ve heard enough people talking about him on here to tell what he’s like. Lokee does sound like a perfect name for him XD

@elfwing Thank youu!! Awww yours sounds so adorableee!! I think it’s funny that yours doesn’t have teeth though, because mine lost her claws XD They would get along great together XD I love the whole tragic-backstory-thing behind it XD

Ooh great topic.
The very first creature to pop in my head is a platypus.
I’ve never seen them in a story. They might not have great eyesight but they’ve got sonar type abilities and have poison. They might make a great spy. -

@elfwing Naiya!! Yours? Mine has green and purple fur, with spikes on the side of her cheeks, and two tails XD She also has ssuuuper sharp claws. Other than that though, I tried to keep her close to a Ferret XD

Secret identities are so fun right? Do you have a particular character with a secret identity in a story you’ve written most?
Haha, Sometimes stories need a bit of angst you know? Plus those characters tend to be mysterious and I love mystery, (who knows they could even have a secret identity) XD.
Oh, I too quite enjoy the…[Read more]

@elfwing Like I said, lizards (and regular lizards—not dragons). But I don’t see a lot of regular birds, like puffins or flamingos or emus. Those would be cool.

Hey Lydia! Welcome back! And oof, I know, right? Life seems to get so busy the older you get…
(But guess what? I STARTED A BLOG!!!! WOOHOO!! https://thepeninspired.wordpress.com/
@joelle-stone
I completely agree… Why is growing up so hard?! *sniff* 😛
*sniffs with you*
@lydia-s Hi, Lydia!!! Congrats on entering adulthood!!!🥳 I hope you’ve been having a great summer!!!!!
@mkfairygirl
Thanks! I just wish it would’ve happened AFTER I turned 18… *moans* lol 😛
It’s been going well! Incredibly busy though. How about you?
HEH WHAT?!?! YOU’RE EIGHTEEN!?!?!? WHY ARE YOU SO OLD?!
*reads comment again*
Oh wait. Maybe I’m reading this wrong. XD *facepalm*
Whoops… Well, it made sense in my head, but that sentence definitely does not say what I meant it to… *facepalm* XD Gonna rephrase that…
@mkfairygirl
(Since it seems I can’t edit that comment, I figure this is the next best option) That sentence made sense in my head but not so much in real life… Gonna rephrase it… *facepalm*
I wish I would’ve entered adulthood after turning 18… Unfortunately, it happened at 16. Getting a job was a jerk into reality. 😛
@lydia-s Oof, I know, adulthood comes just too fast.😜
My summer’s been great!! I’ve been swimming a good bit and really enjoying it!! 🙂
@mkfairygirl
Agreed!
Oh, awesome! Glad you’ve been having a good summer. 😀
Hi! How’ve you been? I’ve been good!
P.S. What does kapeefer mean?
@keilah-h
Hi! I’ve been great! Just way too busy. 🙂
I hope you found a name for your character, btw. It can be so hard to find the perfect name sometimes. 🙁
So, a Kapeefer is something from the old KP Cinema videos (if you go to the video archives, they’re one page back). It stands for ‘Kingdom Pen fan,’ like Keeper, but with an ‘f’ because of…[Read more]
Cool. And if you mean my dragon character, yes I found a name for her! Someone suggested Spark, and I liked it so I ran with it.
I have names for her cousins too: Torrent, Rifle, Crossfire, and Silverstar….note that I use a lot of natural stuff….Oh, and she has a brother, Ember.
Ooo, awesome names! The dragon in my fantasy WIP is named Ember, too. 🙂
