Bryce nodded, before going and inspecting other books. He pulled another from the shelf and skimmed through the pages. It definitely was not fiction, but held a bunch of random stuff about the government of a foreign country. Bryce could only think about how his friend Lisse would hate this book, and she would probably set it under her common label of “a bunch of swimming nonsense in the Noodle-language…” whatever that meant.
“How many… uhm, siblings do you have?” Bryce stammered. He removed yet another book through the shelf, also skimming through that one while speaking to Jack.

Bryce blinked stupidly, then bit his lip. “Uh, I dunno. I don’t get time to read much fiction,” he said. Really, H.O.M.E had never really allowed him to read fiction. He had only ever gazed upon facts and instructions. Bryce nodded toward the book in Jack’s hand. “What’s that?”

I’m gonna write a thingy, and anyone may do with this what they will. Also, a few more quick facts about Raynen: He can’t shapeshift into a totally different creature, but he can make himself have different ears, wings, feet, etc. But only one thing at a time. And he always has fangs. Those never go away.
Ramen
Wind beat against Raynen’s face while he went at lightning speed towards the academy, powered by two reptilian wings on his back. He narrowed his eyes, staring hard at each of the many windows to find an opening to go through. One appeared to be clear, and he swerved quickly in that direction. It was too late to turn back now if there was a glass pane in the way, as Raynen was soaring haphazardly with little awareness of how to slow down.
He dove downwards towards the opening, and sunlight reflected back in his eyes, making him flinch. There was absolutely a window pane there, and all Raynen managed to do was let the spikes on his dragon-wings take the brunt of the impact as he smashed right through. With his eyes still blinking black dots from the pains of sunlight, Rayne tried to find ground to land on. He heard the sounds of people, and perhaps even the sounds of fighting.
There was no more time to think about it as he crashed into a group of people. His eyes adjusted just enough to take in his surroundings before he stood quickly and glared angrily at the people he collided with. “Blegh!” he scoffed, shaking his head distastefully and turning to walk away.

What kind of personality does Ramen have?
Ramen… he’s just gonna be Ramen now. XDXDXDXD Ramen has the personality of someone who acts like they’re a might being of 8’11 even though he is quite puny. And he is loud. No inside voice for Ramen.

(I should have written one or two posts but instead I’m being obnoxious and posting my fourth in a row *cry*) I have decided that I shall add Raynen. Mwehehe. I have an idea, but I would like to first ask if anyone volunteers to have their character become a victim in a human-crash landing. 😀

Bryce’s eyebrows raised and he stared at Jack. Obviously this kid could see, but how could he be observant with his hair over his eyes? He let out a short laugh. “I have everything in my pocket,” Bryce told him casually. “I have snacks, random items, and bear spray, for some reason. And some pencils, probably.”

I’m considering throwing in another character that’s actually royalty. I’m just trying to decide who….
I have Prince Joshua of T’kayon. He’s pretty nice. Usually. Over sevent feet tall.
There’s also Everett, who becomes king of T’kayon. We’ll just say things happen and Joshua does not actually become king. Everett’s just under seven feet tall.
And I also have a character named Raynen from an abandoned WIP. He’s the prince of a wild country and he has a shapeshifting ability. Idk how I would do adding him here because he’s pretty crazy. He’s not tall. In fact, he is under five feet tall but he is fourteen.

The boys entered the library. Bryce’s mouth fell agape for a moment upon seeing the vast room, filled with rows upon rows of books.
Approaching a shelf, he pulled the spine of an old, dusty history book out of its slot. Bryce let the book fall into his hands, then he squinted the cover. Every word was in some foreign language.
“Guess I’m not reading that one,” Bryce said, keeping a low voice in the quiet library. He shoved the book back into its spot, then turned back to Jack.
Just a second later, Bryce heard a faint voice, yet it was not coming from anywhere around them. When he concentrated, he realized it was coming from his pocket. Bryce’s jaw tightened. A.V.I.Y.E was trying to get his attention.
Once more, Bryce dug into his pocket, clamping a fist around his earpiece to muffle the robot’s voice. He also fumbled to remove the battery from his beeping gadget… his medical device. Sure, he needed it to live and all, yet he could not have himself loudly beeping around medieval royalty.
