Welcome to Kingdom Pen, Sarah!!

I’m Esther: a volleyball-playing, violin-squeaking, dog-obsessed, homeschooled, fiction-writing, God-loving, teen girl!

I wouldn’t say I’m a Tolkien geek, but I really enjoy what I’ve read by him. I’ve watched all the movies (which I know can be quite different from the books 😉 ) but I recently finished…[Read more]

Welcome to KP, Brianne!!

I’m thirteen as well! (Well, almost fourteen.) And I’m homeschooled too! I think that there are a lot of homeschoolers on here. 😉

So cool that you’ve visited Denmark!! I would love to visit Europe…[Read more]

So cool! I’m a homeschooled freshman as well!

Horses are awesome! I used to love them when I was younger, but not as much anymore. I have a friend who is really into horses and riding, so I hea…[Read more]

Ok, I’m going to add in a new character, if everyone’s okay with that. This is Amir’s love interest throughout his story.

Shirin (pronounced Shi-reen) Hedieh al Azar
(just like Amir, everyone calls her by her second name)

Appearance: thick, curly, dark br…[Read more]

I use an app called Moodboard. It can be a little glitchy at times, but it works for me. I have Canva, I’ve just never used it to make moodboards before. And I find my pics by just googling stuff, like quotes and aesthetics.

@spinner4him

I’ve been playing viola for one year now, but I started playing violin when I was eight, so I usually say I’ve been playing a ‘stringed instrument’ for five years.

Awesome! I actually had a different friend who switched to viola after starting on violin, too. Do you like viola better? You probably do XD What do you prefer about it?

Favorite book? Lord of the Rings, most likely the Fellowship of the Ring by a millimeter, and that could change any time. Strider takes it away for me.

Do you have a WIP? If so what is it about? yes, I’m worldbuilding my fantasy and writing the revision draft of my first real book, Guardian Angels, as sci-fi following the life of a…[Read more]

So based off of the language that you were going to help me create, can you help me devise a word in Andromedan for “Mother”? That would be most appreciated, haha. I am not good at creating languages, so I’m stumped, lol.

@whalekeeper

I agree, reading books has helped me so much!

I’m not sure if I know a lot about plot structure. I just try not to be cliche, have good character arcs, and attempt to make an outline. Emphasis on the word attempt, lol.

I know that there’s seven main ways to plot, like “save the cat”, “the hero’s journey”, the “three act”, and…[Read more]

Darn, let me know if this shows up twice… I posted and then tried to edit Euodia’s tag, and then it deleted it, lol.

Anyway, it’s nice to meet you! I’m hybridlore on here, a Christian homeschooler, high schooler, violinist, and science-fiction/dystopian writer.

Awesome! I’m also the oldest child in my family. 😁 Okay, cool! Fanta…[Read more]

Awesome! I’m also the oldest child in my family. 😁 Okay, cool! Fantasy is really fun to write, too. I know there’s a bunch of fantasy writers on here, like @euodia_vision and @kyronthearcanin.

That’s what I don’t know. I have no idea what branch my Great Grandfather was in so researching gets harder.  I could ask my Grandpa, but right now he’s on vacation, and he most likely can’t tell me.

The North…boring. An open field to me is strange and enchanting, food is a mix of whatever the person feels like. We barely…[Read more]

Yeah, there are the nagas who have a great skill with knives and a whole bunch of other stuff, but I zoned out at that pint of his explanation. The Metamorphs (I named them) who are shape-shifting metal aliens. The Dragons (no idea if they have another name yet) like half human and half dragon. Oh and homosupero, basically the…[Read more]

It is so perfect for him!

I also use Canva, I just add a bunch of photos to make it chaotic and only add photos, no clipart. I don’t use a background, and I just google search/canva search.

At this point, many planets of the Wond galaxy has developed space travel. My “planets of significance” would be the tri-solar system of the Realn (Alick, Lortin, Banor, Laxor, Rea, and Mithlon) and Wond.

The Wond Galaxy is my own, though some of the inhabitants and ideas are C’s. C rules the Universe with his fettoians…[Read more]
