@godlyfantasy12 And I’m back! XD? I’ll let Esther RP next for our group with Arthur and probably the group with Ami/Eva/Ara, but I’m gonna move The Boys and stuff ?

 

And lol, I certainly think there’s gonna be conflict between Arthur and Tony ?

Leo

They talked with Lyn and them for a bit (I’m assuming we wanna keep this moving, so I’ll skip a bit ?) and then split ways.

Leo walked, even jogged a little, down the hall, heading for his dorm room. He was even more eager than he had first thought.

It was actually really nice…being away from home for a bit.

Jakob, Reuben, and Alec had headed for their room, Joshua, Adolphus, and Dietrich went for theirs, and that left Leo alone.

He finally found his room…and almost collided into November, who was coming from the opposite direction. “Ack, sorry!” Leo apologized.

 

Erich

His roommates were certainly taking their time. Erich scoffed. No one ever moved fast enough, but they could have at least shown up before now!

He merely huffed and turned his attention to fixing his awry hair. It was blonde with orange and blue highlights.

His family was sad to see him go, but both of his parents thought it would also be good for him, being on his own and all.

His father said maybe it would teach him some responsibility.

Erich was responsible! Some of the time, anyways…the door opened and Erich turned. “Hey, there you two are! Hey, Grimm, Nyx.”

(i think he met the two of them??? idk…i don’t remember XD)

 

Natasha

“I’ll get the door!” Aadelheide cried, after a knock sounded. She opened the door to reveal Luna standing there. “Hi Luna!!! Welcome in!!!”

Natasha raised a hand in greeting. “Nice to see you again, Luna.” She hopped off the bed. “Do you need help with your bags?”

Wolfgang

A knock sounded on the door. “I’ll get it!” Wolfgang cried, letting Lukas know.

He ran to the door and opened it. “Hello!? Oh, Paxton! Paxton, I’ve missed you so much!!!” Wolfgang cried, “Come in, come in!!! I haven’t seen you in forever!“

Ev

Ev furrowed his brow and reluctantly shook Arthur’s hand. “Yeah… er…” he cleared his throat and straightened his back. “The name’s Everton. You can call me Ev.”

“I’m glad you got to meet me, Ev.” Arthur replied with a grin. He turned to Tony, who introduced himself.

Ev wasn’t so sure about this guy. His ego was much higher than Ev’s, and that was saying something. Rooming with him would be… interesting.

“So, uh… is it your first year here?” Ev said, attempting to make conversation as he continued to unpack.

Arthur nodded. “Yep! You?”

“Mm-hm,” Ev said, placing a few shirts into a drawer. “My younger brother, my friend, and—”

“Is this guy your friend?” Arthur interrupted, pointing over at Tony. Tony looked kind of confused, and Ev kind of felt that way.

He cleared his throat. “Er— Sure. Yes, but I was talking about my friend that I knew before coming here.”

“Oh,” Arthur said, nodding. “Gotcha. Continue.”

Ev rolled his eyes and tried to hold back a groan. He was already getting annoyed. “Anyway, her younger brother is also here.” And under his breath he added, “I was just trying to make friendly conversation. Sheesh.”

“Her?” Arthur said, raising an eyebrow suggestively.

Ev sighed, squeezing his eyes shut. “Yes. Her name’s Amidala.” He knew what was coming next.

“And you’re just friends?”

Ev opened his eyes. “Yes. Just friends. How come everyone doubts that when I say it?”

Arthur chuckled slightly. Tony jumped in on the conversation, “He claims they’re just friends, but they way he looks at her makes me doubt that.” Tony glanced over at Ev with his eyebrows raised and a half-smile on his face.

Ev dropped his face into his palm and groaned, “Tony!”

“Oh, I gotcha,” Arthur said with a slight smirk. He exchanged glances with Tony.

Ev rolled his eyes again. It was going to be a long school year.

Ami

Ami took a deep breath, tightening the grip on her two bags. She stood in front of the white door of the dorm room. Everything would be fine. Just like Ev said. She would meet new people and make some great friends.

She reached for the handle and slowly opened the door. Inside were already two girls, chatting softly on their beds.

“Hello!” One said, walking up to her. “You must be Amidala. I’m Arabella.”

Ami smiled. “Nice to meet you. And you can just call me Ami.”

Arabella smiled back. “Alright, Ami. You can call me Ara if you’d like.”

Ami nodded. She reached behind her and shut the door. “You’re Eva, right?” She said to the other girl. Eva nodded.

“Yep! It’s so nice to meet you! I’m really excited to be sharing a dorm with you girls. I’ve never done anything like this before.”

“Neither have I,” Ami said with a chuckle. She motioned to one of the beds. “Is this bed taken?”

Both girls shook their heads. Ami tossed her luggage on the bed and plopped down on it. She took the elastic out of her hair and let her blond locks cascade over her shoulders.

Ara’s eyes lit up. “You’re hair is beautiful! Mind if I do it up? I enjoy doing other girls’ hair.” (I actually have no idea if she does or not, so… XD You can change that if you want to. ?)

Ami shook her head. “Not at all.”

Ara positioned herself behind Ami on the bed and her fingers went right to work with Ami’s hair.

“So,” Ami said. “Do you know anybody else at the school?” (I couldn’t think of anything else for her to ask. XD)

November

November stumbled, only able to stop from falling due to Leo’s arm catching him.

“O-Oh! It’s alright…m-my fault…shouldn’t have just been standing around, he chuckled awkwardly, scratching the back of his head. Leo shook his.

“Nah, it’s not. I wasn’t looking where I was going.” He put a hand on the fingers shoulder. “You ready to head in?” He pointed at the door. November nodded, though he had to admit he was a tad nervous.

He’d never stayed away from home before…

His father’s lecture pounded in his ears…

Don’t make a fool of yourself. Behave. Listen. I won’t be there to make sure you don’t get into trouble. 

He was excited, don’t get him wrong! But…it was also a bit nerve wracking…knowing he was on his own.

Sorta.

His dad would be checking in every so often.

Actually…he’d be dropping by later that day, which…maybe November even more anxious.

He had to do good. Be good.

He couldn’t mess this up…

“November? You alright man?” Leo asked. November jerked.

“Oh! Ah…y-yea…sorry…got distracted. Ah…maybe Riker’s already inside?” He asked, approaching the door and opening it.

 

 

(so I actually don’t know of Erich ever met Nyx and Grimm?)

 

Paxton

Paxton jumped at the sudden excitement, but soon relaxed at the sight of the familiar face that was Wolfgang. He couldn’t help the small smile that came to his face at the sight of him.

At least one of his roommates was someone familiar…

Not older than him either. At least not by much.

He would be lying if he said he hadn’t been afraid…afraid of getting out of one bad situation just to get into another.

Wolfgang embraced him in a hug, still babbling about how happy he was to see him.

Paxton flinched, pain blooming from where Wolfgang touched him. He tried to return the hug, but found it difficult, as the touch was extremely foreign to him.

“Lukas! This is my friend, Paxton! Paxton, this is one of our roommates, Lukas!” Wolfgang introduced. Paxton gave a shy wave, hiding a bit behind the other boy. Lukas smiled sweetly, nodding his head.

“Good to meet you!”

Wolfgang turned back to Paxton. “Our other roommate hasn’t showed up. There’s four of us! Can you believe it? That means we get a bigger room! And a bigger bathroom!”

Paxton smiled a bit, though his anxiety rose a bit at the thought of yet another person joining them.

“What have you been up to? I mean…I know you won’t really…say, but…In general!”

Paxton just shrugged, walking over to where his stuff was already, near a bed. They’d moved him in a few days before.

He set down his backpack, hiding it a bit behind some of his other bags, not feeling safe enough to open it.

 

Although…taking Hope out, and running his hand through her fur…pushing his face into her stomach…smelling her sweet scent…

It was all he wanted to do. More then anything.

Instead tho, he merely stood over beside the bed, feeling a bit awkward and unsure of what to do.

 

Was he supposed to…sit on the bed?

 

Could he sit on the bed?

It was his, but…that didn’t mean he could just go and sit on it.

He looked to Wolfgang and Lukas for some sort of help, or command, but the two boys were talking amongst themselves.

So, Paxton just stood, hands fumbling with his vest.

 

Feeling, entirely alone, despite people being near.

Lukas

Lukas noticed that Paxton seemed nervous… uncomfortable… alone, maybe? He furrowed his brow, knowing how all three of those felt.

“Paxton,” he said, getting the boy’s attention. “You can have a seat if you’d like.” Lukas offered a soft smile.

Paxton nodded, not making eye contact and reluctantly seated himself on the edge of the bed. Lukas exchanged glances with Wolfgang, who still had a smile on his face. Wolfgang raised an eyebrow when he saw Lukas’s worried look. Wolfgang just shrugged his shoulders.

Lukas bit the inside of his cheek, deciding what to say next. The room had gone awkwardly quiet. He racked his brain for some question to ask to spark a conversation. “What are you most excited about for this school year?” He asked, directing the question to Paxton.

Paxton seemed surprised that he had asked him something, and he paused for a moment before replying…

Luna

“Nah, I got it!” Luna said, tugging on her extremely large suitcase with both hands, dragging it inside.

Natasha raised a brow. “You…ah…sure?”

“Yup!” Luna hefted it with a loud grunt, throwing it onto an empty bed. “I don’t have too much honestly. That’s why it all fit into one bag!” She then turned around the room, slipping her hood off her head. Her eyes sparkled and she gasped. “Vivid!” She cried.

Aadalheide laughed.

“This room is AWESOME!” Luna said, immediately belly flopping onto the bed. She even caught a small smile on Nat’s face.

She turned to the other girls. “Have any of you ever stayed in a place like this before? I live in a commune, so, like, I’m used to staying with others, but not my own age… they’re all older or waaay younger then me…” Luna sighed, rolling onto her back. “I love them! But the academy has been one of the best things EVER!”

 

 

Ara

Ara smiled, gently running her hands through Ami’s blonde hair. “I have quite a few friends here. Most of whom I’ve known since childhood.” She took Ami’s hair tie, gently braiding a strand of the girl’s hair, and then rolling it into a simple but pretty bun at the middle of her head.

Ami felt it, and then took out her phone, looking into its camera. She beamed.

“Ah! Thank you! I love it!”

Ara blushed, shaking her head. “Oh…ah thank you. My mother taught me.”

It’s also gonna be hilarious when/of Corvina ever pops in for a visit in her all black with black hair and pale skin and the guys are gonna be like “OH MY GOSH IT’S A DEMON” or a GHOST

 

And Arthur‘s just gonna be like “PSSH nawh that’s my girlfriend.”

And then she slaps him.

Paxton

Paxton blinked, feeling attention directed at him. He shifted uncomfortably for a moment, looking down at his lap.

“Ah…Paxton doesn’t really talk,” Wolfgang said.

Lukas’ brows fell, shoulders sagging slightly. “O-Oh…” Paxton swallowed, watching the boy’s eyes fill with a look he knew well.

Pity.

“I’m sorry.”

Paxton shook his head, forcing a small smile. He looked down into his bags, and then began shuffling through a few of them.

There, at the bottom, was a worn, tatter, paint-splattered sketchbook, hidden from view. His hands wavered above it.

Could he…?

He swallowed, slowly pulling it out. He flipped it open, ignoring the splotches of paint throughout it’s many pages, along with sketches and random drawings.

Finally he reached a blank page. He reached into his bag and pulled out a pencil.

Wrote something.

 

Thank you for asking

He pointed the book at Wolfgang and Lukas. Both boys stared at it for a moment before coming closer and sitting themselves beside him on the bed.

“Your handwriting is really pretty!” Wolfgang said. Paxton blushed at the compliment.

Though…he supposed having to use notes and paper to communicate would have made his writing a bit better then most his age.

He quickly scribbled- Thank you.

Wolfgang grinned. “Welcome! Hey! I have an idea…if we get you a smaller notepad, you can use that to communicate! You know…until you feel good enough to talk again.”

Paxton glanced at the boy, seeing the sincerity in his eyes. He thought about it for a moment.

It…would be nice not having to search for scraps of paper…or worry about trying to convey everything through facial expressions.

“Hey, that could work!” Lukas agreed.

Paxton’s heart warmed slightly, ears burning a bit with an unfamiliar feeling.

It was…strange having people actually care.

 

 

Maybe this year at the academy wouldn’t be so bad.

@whalekeeper no he isn’t mute, he is selectively mute. He’s been scared into not talking.

 

he has a stutter, an extremely bad one (some of it is actually due to the abuse) and was bullied/teased for it incessantly and even physically cuz he is abused, and the stutter was just another thing that made him Less then the rest of them.

So, as for what Edrich called Paxton in one of the RPs, it’s the Latin word for Mouse.

 

it’s a derogatory nickname they have for him, and it goes back to a way they’d bully him for his stutter and they definitely scarred him with it.

 

He’s called Mouse because he’d “Squeak” basically and also mice are small, tiny, considered pests/rodents and prey.

 

Edrich, Aramis and Soren all have large wings, like Hawks, and Hawks, like many other things are predators. And what do Hawks do to mice?

 

yea…

this analogy was very frightening for a little boy.
