Anyways, thanks for checking in! *grins* As far as writing goes, things have been smooth, mostly. I’ve been outlining more of Echoes of Destiny, fleshing outÂ
and totally falling in love withthe characters and developing them more, and adding a touch of time-travel-y substance as well. 😉 Aaand I’ve been thinking about writing the second Last of Her Kind book as well for a couple of reasons, though that’s on the back burner for now. I may start it soon though! 😀As far as non-writing life goes
I don’t have much of a life outside writing XD, I’ve been wrapped up in school, babysitting a LOT, taking a couple of trips soon, and enjoying my free time before I start working. *crosses fingers*Aww, girl!! That sounds so scary!! I’m so sorry you had to go through that, but I’m very thankful you’re feeling better now!! (And I pray that you can find out the cause!!) Thank you so much for this encouragement, girl! It’s always so helpful and comforting to hear things like that from other writers, especially when I’m going through a dry spot with my writing and feel like giving up. Phew! I’m SO terribly sorry I haven’t responded to you about this yet, but I have to say, now that I’ve read this… I LOVED THAT SO VERY MUCH!!! (And that’s an understatement!) Your descriptions were absolutely flawless, the characters were so lovable (I fell in love with Anton rightaway!) and there’s so many questions and so much tension! Eek, I love it all so much! 😀 😀 😀 Thank you for sharing this with us! <3

all of themFilip because, well… he’s just adorable! 😀 (3) YES, absolutely! I have a very clear mental image of all of them/the villages! You did a magnificent job! (4) I can totally see the setting!! (5) My first impression of Mejia was that she’s the down-to-business, tough type. My FI of Filip was that he’s more of the humble, secretly sweet type (if that makes sense), and my FI of Anton was that he’s very intelligent and helpful (and also adorable).And it wasn’t cliche at all! It was magnificent! 😀

I know this is late *sheepish grin*, but the most recent book I finished was Rick Riordan’s The Sea of Monsters, the second book of the Percy Jackson series. And I have to say I’ve quickly fallen in love with the series and basically all it has to offer. The characters get more fleshed-out book-by-book and the aesthetic of it is just… *chef’s kiss* unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I’m honestly glad to get back into the swing of reading because I went a looong time without touching a book (mostly due to school), so I’ve definitely been filling up my bookshelves lately. 😀 Anyways, just my two cents! And I’m totally not taking notes in the corner of everybody else’s books… *hides notepad*
Oooh, sorry to interrupt this, but I have to ask how has the KotLC series been so far? I’m still only on Exile *sheepish grin* because I’ve been reading other things, but I’ve been meaning to get back into that series! (For some reason just looking at the book covers makes me want to read them more… weird.) What is your favorite book/character so far? 😀
Also, I just realized that I made a mistake with the first picture of Anton! That was actually supposed to be Filip, though I suppose it could work either way. Anyways, I can re-illustrate his name and re-post it if you’d like! (I’m terribly scatterbrained when it comes to these things XD I’ll make that correction and re-send it!)
Anyways, I know they have their flaws (I’m still quite a novice, sorry about that), but it was still such an honor to use them for illustrations!! Again, I’m still hoping to draw some more, but in the meantime, I hope I got them at least somewhat right! 🙂 Please tell me if you need me to change anything or if I got anything wrong! 😀
