The Ducktator

I’m sick again…😭 Ryla may not end up part of this, but here’s Celarent.

Celarent

Celarent sprinted to the center and grabbed three balls, before launching himself upward. The game seemed pointless, but he couldn’t deny the appeal of whipping balls at people’s heads. He flung two balls on the heads of…[Read more]

I love What’s in the Bible!

Did you know that today instead of the 25th was originally the day that children got presents? (Personally, I like waiting almost a month for them instead of getting them right away.)

I did! We always get candy in our shoes. I like waiting more too. My family doesn’t even celebrate Christmas until Christmas Eve.

@loopylin

Sick again! 😭 I lost track of how many illnesses I’ve had this year, but it’s at least 10. I’m excited to get our Christmas tree this week though.

@rae

Remembering to eat can be hard. I’ll be praying.

@savannah_grace2009

I’m so sorry. I’m glad you were able to find some joy in Jesus though. I’m praying for you. 🩷

Happy Feast of Saint Nicholas!

To the tune of Up on the Housetop: Up at Nicea, the bishops pause, Arius and Santa Claus. One claims a time when the Son was not, one says that’s a heretical thought! Ho, ho, ho, who’s gonna go, ho, ho, ho, who’s gonna go. Off with a right hook, good Saint Nick, down goes the dirty heretic!

@koshka

We have one that’s more like a jelly salad, and one that’s a barbeque sauce. We usually eat the second one on meatballs for Christmas, but sometimes, (like this year), we have it for Thanksgiving as well.

I probably won’t write anything tonight. I have a bad headache. 🙁

@loopylin

More like this:

Ryla became the first MC for my current WIP because I was fiddling around with some tiny ducks and arranged them into a scene in which they were in a circle surrounding one laying on a flat rock, and another wearing an eraser cap on his head about to kill her with a tack. I immediately wanted to know what was going through the mind of the poor…[Read more]

@rae

Canned sounds weird…

@koshka

We have two varieties. I eat one on my turkey and one plain.

@keilah-h

I haven’t been watching it, but I think after the book they managed to revive him. He’s my favorite character and I don’t want him permanently dead. 🙁

@rae

All hail the best Thanksgiving food! I assume your family makes the sauce?

@loopylin @whalekeeper @elishavet-pidyon

Awesome! I’ll put Celarent and Ryla in tomorrow. Should I just pick teams for them?

From: Angelita, 4647 Flambert Lane, Dingyville, Maryland, The United States

Dear Mel,

That pool sounds scary. What is an inbetween place? How do you get to one? Were there frogs at that weird indoor pool? Frogs are way less gross than boys. FROGS don’t leave their u…[Read more]

@loopylin

Angelita will reply tomorrow. I just spent 45 minutes trying to figure out her favorite animal and now I need to go to bed. XD

*creeps in after months of absence* I think I lost my characters…

@savannah_grace2009

Seriously… I used to be on here all the time, but between school, dance, and now a job, it’s been difficult. I haven’t even written in months. I’m on my last week of school though and I hope to be more active during December.
