How has everyone’s summers been?

If you’ve been stalking the prayer requests topic, you’ll know it kind of sucked.😭 My grandma got in a bad car accident beginning of July. She passed away last week.

We did go to Six Flags Great America though, which was amazing. And I reread Stormlight Archive, and read the newest one.

We’re praying. My aunt was his babysitter for 5 years. 😢

Yes, I’ve been thinking and praying about that. So tragic that it happened in the first place, but also that his family had to witness it. 😔

We took him to the vet yesterday, and I went with Mom (since I had to help lift him into the trunk). It was a little scary, not knowing what the vet would say. I’ve been praying for you. 🫂 I’ve lost both my grandparents on my mom’s side, and even though I probably didn’t see them as much or know them as well as you probably did your grandmother, I totally understand what you’ve probably been thinking and feeling. Thank you. Yes we were. They came for every piano or dance recital despite living 3 hours away, and usually timed their Christmas visit to coincide with my birthday. My dad was asked to officiate the funeral.
