But yeah, you’re probably right. American girls like the British men for their cultured and sophisticatedness and Australian for their rugged…[Read more]

The most Australian Christmas I ever experience was when we came home at New Years Eve and found a tiger snake curled up under the Christmas Tree…
I guess the only difference between our snakes is that ours are definitely much more poisonous.
It doesn’t surprise me that Australians don’t know the difference between horseshoe…[Read more]

*pulls beanie down over frostbitten ears*
Well, it shouldn’t be! There’s so much to love about Australia. Such as the weather. Which is always warm and sunny. And the wildlife which is always friendly and the boys which are apparently always goodlooking?? (I honestly have no idea where that stereotype came from. Its the weirdest…[Read more]

My dad just finished his exams this week, so there’s some of the stress off us (thank goodness 😛 )
Well, I’m happy to put up the first edited part for you guys to read and leave some comments on if you’d like to. I’m not officially getting beta readers yet though. I won’t do that until I’ve finished the whole thing. If you or @sleep…[Read more]

Ah, yes. That’s what I meant, not that he’d had an emotional break down or anything. 🙂

(P.S. All my royal decrees should be read in the most fake Aussie accent you can put on)

Oh yes, I had forgotten that 😀 And I’d forgotten Alia too. I’m sorry, Alia. I still appreciate you (please come back soon!)
@dekreel needs an official title! I don’t know any more official titles (excepting Chancellor of the Exchequer, but who wants to be that?)

Well, apparently I’m the next best thing to a British woman. 😛
Currently we have a queen (myself), a prime minister (Rochellaine), a sheriff (also Rochellaine) a deputy sherrif (Ariel) and the Cabinet, that being everyone else. We don’t actually have anyone to rule though.

😛 I was democratically voted queen of Kingdom Pen. Because I’m Australian and have an accent (still don’t quite understand the logic behind that, but oh well).
No worries!

I’ve finished rewriting the first part (its in four parts) and I’ve been wondering if I should send it out soonish so that certain people will stop asking after it *cough*. 😛
Well, I think S.F.Dekreel is a fine blogging name, but I would, personally, change it to something “more human” if you were getting a book published, but you c…[Read more]

Awesome! They’re two of my absolute favourite books. 🙂 Well, if you like I can leave you a link to the super messy first drafts (I’m currently editing the first one though, if you wanted to wait a bit, you could read a better version).
He reminds me of BBC’s Sherlock from the three minute compilation thing on Youtube I saw. 😀
