KP doesn’t seem to have many articles on outlining, unfortunately. There are a lot on “pantsing,” but hardly an on outlines.

The only advice I can give is this: either outline 100% or pants 100%. If you do some outlining and then try to pants the rest, you’ll likely get stuck, not knowing how to get from one part of your ou…[Read more]

I usually plot my stories, but I still struggle with it. I haven’t ever tried writing a story without an outline, but I don’t think I would be able to if I tried.
