Oooh, I just skimmed the prologue and its really good. It seriously pulls me right in. ( I will definitely read more later, but right now I’m working on my WIP) 🙂

At first everyone thought it was a great idea until the moon begins to burn pieces of the world. Everyone is in panic, but then people begin to receive letters that tell them to come to the C.H.I.M.E facility in their town. Does Shauans family trust it? What does C.H.I.M.E mean and why do they need people? Find out how the world will fall into chaos and how five brave kids try to bring back the peace.

I’m familiar with having one foot in both worlds of schooling- I was homeschooled kindergarten through 11th grade and then God asked me to go to public school for my senior year. I got a better education as a homeschooler, but I wasn’t in public school for the education anyway lol, it was to bring the light of God into a secular setting. Although it sounds like our experiences are a little different- my graduating class was well over 600! Definitely a challenge for an introvert to get to know people when it’s easy to get lost in the crowd.
But I hope the rest of your high school years are a good experience! Don’t be afraid to let your light shine!

God asked me to go to public school as well! Or, at least he told my parents it was time to put me in public school. Thanks for the encouragement! Yeah, I am definitely an introvert too. My sister is an extrovert and she can’t understand why I need space when I come home from school! Haha, little sisters…

LEFSE FOREVER!!!!!! <333Yeah I remember coming home from school and needing to just shut myself in my room for a little while lol. The first week especially was mentally exhausting.

It’s hard for me because my little siblings are still homeschooled and they don’t understand what I go through, and so when I get home they expect me to play with them and hang out and stuff like that. but when I get home, I mentally cannot handle people anymore and what I really need is to sit in my room and write and listen to music, but they think it’s personal and I don’t want to hang out with them.
So it’s kind of taken a toll on our relationship, but I pray about it and try to talk things out, but we’re at different stages in life so its hard.
