Hey people! Come see the freewrite that Adora ( @sleepwalkingmk ) did for my sci-fi prompt! It’s so cool! I really like the “donating words” idea. I really like everything else, too. I really like the characters, too. 😀 Okay, I’ll stop. Just read it; then you can see for y…[Read more]

@gh24682468999 Thank you! Yes, my eyes don’t normally come up in everyday conversation. Soooo this was perfect 😀
@sam-kowal Ohh, you haven’t seen interesting yet XD

@sam-kowal Wow. Stan’s quite the storyteller. 😀
Part 3 of Story #2:
Freda froze. Again. The stone puppy’s outline gradually solidified, like a camera coming into focus. Its glowing red eyes flickered on slowly, and then it raised its head and looked Freda in the eyes. Then it jumped.
Freda panicked. She looked around for something to defend…[Read more]

So recently (okay, not recently). For the past TWO novels, I’ve been really focusing on the show don’t tell thing. That in itself is all right. I don’t know how to do otherwise now. However, it creates another sort of problem.
Choppiness.
Due to the fact that I’m not exactly writing a school essay and transitions such as ‘furthermore’ won’t…[Read more]

People fighting over cereal with lots of high-tech armor.
Best. Description. Ever.
That’s hilarious. It was so weird at first I couldn’t figure out what you were talking about, and then I remembered your topic about your book, and realized that, however weird, that’s actually an accurate description. 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Great news! So even after that horrible job interview, they have contacted me and told me that they’re keen to take me on! 😀
It’ll still be a while before they can make an actual offer so I’m still praying about it and there are other positions that have also sparked my interest so I’ll still need G…[Read more]

The Gif-Hiders: An Easter Story
Part Six: The Green-Eyed Bumbler
“Hi there! You must be Jenna!”
Jenna’s shivering softened a little, but she didn’t dare move, or open her eyes. Who said that? Where was the dog creature?
“Are you all right?” said the voice, clearly concerned.
She heard footsteps approaching her, crunching leaves as they came,…[Read more]

I’m going to do something similar to Rochellaine’s Comical Poem topic. I’m going to start us off with the few paragraphs of a story, and then I’m going to tag other Kapeefers for them to keep it going!
So to give a small example, I’d say “One day, Tommy was walking down the street and he saw a puppy.” And then I’d tag someone and they’d come up…[Read more]

@sam-kowal Yes, that’s kind of what I was thinking. 🙂 Someone who speaks a lot would have to have a huge vocabulary.
@jenwriter17 Thanks! So the second one has the vote.
Who wants to write it? *sounds horn* Hey, everyone! There’s a cool story waiting to be written!!
🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

@daeus praise God! Just expressing our struggles to fellow brothers and sisters can lighten the burden.
Man @sam-kowal that comparison is spot on.
The devil knows he can’t have our souls but he knows that we are weak and he can easily mess with our minds. We reground ourselves get focused in God and then after a while we drift a little. It’s a…[Read more]

@sam-kowal *bursts into laughter* You’re right on spot there with the hit and run synopsis.
Unfortunately for Stan, teedletiden are sentient beings and tend to run away when you try to keep them as pets.

Here are a couple more prompts I made.
(Don’t ask me what the dog’s doing there. I have no idea. 😀 )
And this one…I thought of it, but I wonder if it’s already been used? If it has, someone let me know:

Hi KeePers,
I want to create a little gift for my subscribers. The question is: what would be the best gift to give? I’ve put together a little survey if you have a moment.

Okay, so it seems that the current consensus is to make a new webpage with all the stories, then create a thread on the forum and link to the website.
I’ll probably create some Google Docs while I’m at it, and the website can have links to those for the people who prefer them.
