@dekreel Yes, and you promised you wouldn’t disappear… 😛
Anyway, I’m working on a completely new project now and considering writing a screenplay. Cool stuff. 😛
Poor Bobert has been pretty much neglected lately. I think that is partially the fault of @sam-kowal for keeping Stan away, since Stan is Bobert’s favorite sentient being besides m…[Read more]

@dekreel Hellooooo!!! Finally! 😀 😀 😀 😀 (I was camping with my family yesterday, which is why I wasn’t here.)
How are you doing??
@seekjustice Hey, I’m finally back.
Haha! Well, you liked Brigadoon, right? 😉 That’s an old musical. It premiered on Broadway in 1947.
Yes, that part is pretty bad. It made the play, the musical, and the m…[Read more]

@seekjustice I’m sure you’re not still up, but…
What did you think?? It was at least better than Liliom, right? 😛 How did you like the singers? (they used their real voices, unlike some musical actors, such as the ones in West Side Story) Gordon MacRae is one of my favorite singers. What was your favorite character? Scene? Song?
I’m ac…[Read more]

@catwing @seekjustice @valtmy I don’t know if anyone’s still here, but I’ll be leaving for now. I don’t know if I’ll be back later tonight or not.
Bye!

@seekjustice Yes, I know. But we’re used to it, so we don’t really think about it I guess.
Five foot fourteen
And that’s where we differ. 😛 I see why you have to use it, because you use another form of measurement, but we would very rarely, if ever, say “he’s six foot three inches.” We’d just say “he’s six three.”

@seekjustice 😛 That’s hilarious.
Ah, numbers again, huh? 😉
What what? We don’t appreciate the number ten? 😛 Haha, but I’ve mixed up the number of inches in a foot before as well.
Oh, there was a funny scene in a book where the hero was 6’2″. At one point a kid looked way up at him and said, “how tall are you?” and then another man th…[Read more]

@seekjustice Oh, wait. You probably don’t use feet and inches measurements in Australia, do you? Whoops. 😛

@seekjustice I would imagine that’s because, like Clint Eastwood, he’s still alive and working today. Frankie Avalon is 78 years old, but still tours the U.S. giving concerts. (I got to go to one in February. It was my Christmas present from my parents. 😀 )
Justice is short?! That’s a new one. 😛 Even if Zac is 6’2″ (anything taller than…[Read more]

@seekjustice @catwing seems to be the queen of curious expressions. She says a lot of strange things. 😛 (potato-squash, anyone?)
But…I was wondering the same thing. 😉

@seekjustice I absolutely love Frankie Avalon. 😛 But about the hair, that’s why I said it was hard to find a picture. His hair was curly and longer when he was younger, but by the time he got into his twenties it was that flat, thick style which wouldn’t work for Quillon.
Justice? Probably similar to a young Clint Eastwood:

@catwing Hey! I’m here. So is @seekjustice 😛
We’re discussing her books, and arguing over what her characters should look like. Impertinent of me, isn’t it, telling an author what her own characters look like? 😉

Rochellaine replied to the topic Stars Fill Infinity in the forum Novel Critique Requests 7 years, 9 months ago
@seekjustice Well, I didn’t start imagining him as Frankie Avalon until about yesterday. 😛 So it’s not that I’m used to Frankie Avalon. Most Frankie Avalon pictures do not even that closely fit the picture I have of Quillon, though. That one was really hard to find.
In my imagination, the changes to the picture would be these: I don’t have Qu…[Read more]

@seekjustice You asked how I imagined Quillon. Well, I couldn’t find an exact picture, but it’s almost like this, but with blue eyes, of course. 😉

What do you think? Is it extremely different from your picture?
Oh, in case you wonder, it’s Frankie Avalon. 😉

@seekjustice Hm, that might make more sense. I thought Jonas knew a bit of Justice’s backstory already, but I guess, obviously, he doesn’t know all of it. And yes, that would definitely make for some good conversations in Empty. (window scenes…?? 😉 )
You’d have to find a reason for Chessy to kiss Justice anyway, right? I bet you could wo…[Read more]

@seekjustice Bringing our discussion from both the second draft doc and Writers’ Corner here because I’m about to give you a long rant. 😛
After reading both the original draft and the second draft again in the “Chestice” conversation section, I figured out what the problem with it was.
Justice has ignored or put down Chessy for the entire…[Read more]

@seekjustice Basically the biggest problem I have with this new version of Stars is Justice’s character. He’s completely different. He’s no longer stiff, he now notices Chessy, which was a huge thing in the first draft. He now opens up to her all of a sudden and tells her his entire history and dreams just because Sapphire said he should be ni…[Read more]

@valtmy I do like it when I’m on vacation and I get up early. (weird. People usually go on vacation to sleep in late.) I do feel like I get more done in the day, and I feel healthier. However, that might just be “I’m out of the house” excitement, because when I’m at home, if I get up early I feel extremely tired all afternoon, even if I tak…[Read more]
