Yes, only princesses can compete in the trials. All of those are very interesting ideas, and although there aren’t any physical judges, she could definitely show up as an honored guest or a trainer. Thank you for the help! 🙂

Yeah, guys crying makes me emotional XDÂ I haven’t actually seen it in real life very often, but I didn’t think they were sissy for it.
Lol yessss a good scene with people crying adds sympathy to the hurting character, totally. Someone I know is writing an novel, and the MC’s best friend said, “Crying isn’t weak. Or at least… I hope…[Read more]

Oooh, oooh, *raises hand* COUNT ME IN for this thread!!! (Thank you for tagging me, by the way 🙂 ) First off, not only do I adore writing romance, but I also adore proposals because that’s when all of the brewing romance finally comes together for that huge, heartwarming moment, right? Right. Unfortunately for me, the two characters i…[Read more]

@lydia-s Yes, such a beautiful topic!! Though lololol, it made me realize that I have no idea how, when, or if my two engaged characters experience a proposal. I might have to give writing that scene a whirl…Â
I do have IRL experience with the subject but that’s another matter entirelyAnyway, what’s your favorite proposal scene that you’ve…[Read more]

@lydia-s Ah, I see, I see. Well, nevertheless my congratulations still stand–finishing half of high school is no easy feat! And thank you!!! It’s all been very exciting 😀
That’s an excellent question! It really varied from class to class. Like, in my Early American Lit class we read books like Walden, Last of the Mohicans, House of Seven G…[Read more]

@lydia-s I’m looking to go to college for youth ministry and worship arts, but I wasn’t planning on going anywhere until I stumbled across the perfect college while doing research for a book. XD When I was looking at writing as my only thing, I was like @jenwriter17 and planned to learn about writing by writing and from fiction-specific r…[Read more]

Me, I’m going to college for computer science, actually. With a minor in music. I’m not planning on doing any writing classes. I’m hoping to write a lot in my free time, and the dream is to be able to quit my job and become a full-time writer before 30. I feel…[Read more]

@lydia-s That’s so awesome that you want to make writing a career! 😀 That’s so awesome! That’s also what I pursued after high school. I didn’t go to college for it, because I didn’t think that was necessary. I think there are plenty of other resources (books, courses, websites, videos, etc.) that you can learn adequately from without paying as…[Read more]

Thanks for the recommendations! I love trying out different types of stories than I’m used to. You sometimes get tired of the same old stories you know?
Haha, I get it. Writing a full length novel is a slow, arduous (but fun) process. My siblings and I are still working on the first installment of our serial novel. :p

Since you haven’t watched Phineas and Ferb, I can testify that Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Perry the Platypus is a fantastic choice.
And Batman and Joker… They diffidently deserve their place as one of the most iconic Villain Hero rivalries of all time. That’s quote you shared is amazing, man, hats off to however wrote…[Read more]
