Well, friends, it’s been a while. I haven’t been particularly active on here for like… *blinks* a year or so, so I figured it’s about time I updated everyone on my existence, if only so that you know I am indeed still alive. 😉
In the past year, I have
-graduated high school
-graduated childhood
-joined the Author Conservatory
-planned and written a 70k novel in eight months
-started planning a second novel (almost ready to draft)
-launched a business
-met some really amazing people
-and just come to realize a lot of things about me and God.
It’s been an amazing time. There’ve been a lot of tears but even more smiles. I’ve been through some highs and some lows, but God is faithful and has brought me through it all.
I probably will continue to be a bit of a lurker on here, popping in every once in a while to cheer someone on or join in a convo, but KP will always be a special place for me. You people are amazing, and I miss you very much!
Please continue tagging me for whatever you’d like (snippets are always a fan fav, hehe 😉 ) I might not respond for weeks (or months… yikes), but I promise I read every single one of your messages.
You got this, guys! Writing is a journey, not a day trip. A marathon, not a sprint. It takes time and work and practice, but YOU CAN DO IT.
