Hi! It’s awesome to have you! I’m Kathleen, and I totally understand the struggle of getting the story in your head out some what readable on paper. XD But shifting my focus on the characters and writing the story from their eyes and mind always helps me a lot.

It’s so cool all the worldbuilding you did for your story. Does worldbuilding come naturally to you or is it something you struggle with? Also, what’s your favorite thing about writing?

LoTR and HTTYD soundtracks are some of my favorite! And about Hallmark movies… I’ve only watched ten minutes of one and I couldn’t decide if I should laugh at how bad it was or die from cringe. XD Romance can be done well, but not if it’s anyhow related to Hallmark in anyway.

My profile pic is a picture of a horse my family used to have. She was sooo pretty.

My top three favourite authors would be… JRR Tolkien, Lois Walfrid Johnson, and Lisa T. Bergren.

My favourite mythical animal would be… Griffins.

And my favourite character… Oooo that question is hard. Because it’s like this you’ve got I’ve got a favourite character in each “personality group” if you know what I mean? You’ve got the energetic, the stoical, the goofy, the leader, the villain (is it bad to have favourite villain?) and etc. 😆  But I think I’d say that my favourite book character would be Gandalf or Sam.

Hi Kathleen.

World building I’d say comes easier to me. I think that comes with my photographic way of thinking (when I’m thinking, hearing, or reading something I am seeing it vividly in my head almost like a video without the sound). I started to make my own language but gave up because it’s harder when you have no one to speak it with. 😆

My favourite thing about writing would be… finishing it with the end results being what I was wanting when I set out. Whether the goal was something that teaches a lesson or was to make the reader laugh.

Yes, those soundtracks are great! Especially Test Drive, See You Tomorrow, Bridge of Khazad-Dum, and A Far Green Country.
Yes, not all romance is bad. It doesn’t bother me so much in books as it does in movies I suppose as long as it’s not the super long kisses, that sorta thing. Lol. I’ve been told once I’m older I won’t mind it as much. I’m not sure….😆

I enjoy reading books that I can’t predict from reading the first chapter what will happen from start to finish.

Oh, sorry, I guess I should explain myself, huh? 😉

An ENFP is a Myers-Briggs personality type. Each letter stands for a trait.

E = extraverted

N = intuitive

F= feeling

P = prospecting

I highly suggest taking the test yourself to figure out your type! It can be very informative and revealing about yourself.

Okay. Thanks lol. I thought it rang a bell but wasn’t sure why. xD I did one of those a few years ago I don’t remember exactly what it was but I think it said I am a “Defender”.
