Hear, hear!
Wilhelm
Firstborn. That probably meant he had birthright privileges. Such trivial matters could not touch the gulf of rank between them, either widening or narrowing it. Wilhelm nodded politely but shrugged mentally.
At least “High Commander” sounded like an active role, unlike the lazybones titles some people used.…[Read more]

REMINGTON. NOOOO. XD
Wilhelm
For a moment, he was too overcome with horror to do anything more than resist Remington’s barbaric friendliness. If Wilhelm had been a cat, his tail would have dwarfed all former levels of panic, and his claws would be making inroads into the marble floor.
“Nein, nein, nein.” He hissed under his…[Read more]

*helpless dolphin noises* I love this.
Wilhelm
Remington. Lacreux. Lacough. Lacoo. Just Remington, Remington, Remington. Wilhelm nodded vaguely.
“Don’t worry.” Remington went on, beaming benevolence. “Just because you don’t know what a soufflé is, doesn’t mean you won’t be accepted by high society.”
A pause. Wilhelm trapped an…[Read more]

Lolll. Very smooth, Marcel.
If Reúven hadn’t been already thinking in a serious line of thought, he’d probably have reacted much the same way. Just, not so unobtrusively. XD Marcel is awesome.

Thanks. 😁
Wilhelm
Was this boy a lunatic? Wilhelm tried to draw his dagger, deeply regretting that his more impressive weapons were in his room, but the stranger kept dragging him on too quickly for Wilhelm to coordinate his own movements. That might have been for the best, he remembered after a minute. Knifes usually escalated…[Read more]

Ooo.
Reúven
His mouth went dry. He forced himself not to break eye contact, even though it meant she probably saw the flash of anger he tried so hard to repress. His smile was painfully thin.
“No.” Home was his safe place, guarded as it was by the man in the wheelchair. Anywhere else was a no man’s land of possibility. That was why…[Read more]

Remington sounds fun. I am probably too tired to be doing this but here goes lol.
Wilhelm
“I…” He swallowed back whatever words were forming on his tongue. The stranger was an impressive figure, cheerful and domineering. His eyes almost glowed in their intense suavety. Wilhelm squared his shoulders. “Then what should I say?…[Read more]

Tis ok! Life can be like that sometimes.
Reúven
“Safety procedures? Like drills?” He paused. “There have been some fire drills, I think.”
He almost went on to say that he always assumed those fell on days he was absent, but that was far too much information. It was always better to keep things simple. He kept the rest of his…[Read more]

(Just submitted my second finals paper and ahhhhhhhhhhh)
Oh I’ll definitely come back to the Twins. They’d probably murder me in my sleep if I didn’t. Lol.
So, it currently doesn’t have a title, so it’s just Project Tap Faerie right now. But there’s the blurb.
The prophecy wasn’t real. But then, it also wasn’t not real.

I can bring him into the food area if I need to. I think he’s very lost at the moment.

1) I think this is from the Bible? I’m guessing the book of Ezekiel. It sounds Minor Prophety.
2) I have no idea.
3) This could be several people. Augh. I know the Captain from Tin-Tin says it, but as for anything more specific, I’m at a loss. It could also be Padra from the Mistmantle Chronicles.
4) Les Miserables?
5) It’s from Henry…[Read more]

Portals: When My Story Ate Me. The serial story I’ve semi-periodically shared on here. I should work on HoA(Viktor’s story), but I have zero motivation for that one. They’re just sitting in a friend’s shop at the moment waiting for their parents to find them. Portals is a more manageable size, so little bites first.

I love collecting ideas from novels published between from the 1910s-50s. Mostly 40s and 50s. I keep notes from them in a notebook and I’ve done this for months; it’s a lot of fun. I often collect dialogue because there’s something very identifiable about fictional dialogue from that time.
Oh, I like this idea. That is epic. I’ve n…[Read more]
