Storyteller

It’s the start of a beautiful day and I’m waxing poetic

My thoughts are spinning and hectic

There’s one I’ve dubbed the Storyteller

Who’s captured me like no other.

So if the Storyteller ever wants to share stories

I know someone who enjoys listening to his voice

speak on matters of great importance.

But also on one’s of a trivial nature

He can make fascinating what most would swiftly pass over.

For when he gets enthusiastically excited

His voice becomes energetically animated.

Then emotions stir throughout the depths

Of his deep green eyes like ocean currents

And as the Northern Lights flashing in the night

They become alight as he narrates any tale.

So come Storyteller and tell me a tale

To fill another piece of your puzzle.
