Why is it always portal fantasy

I think because it accommodates everyone. It’s the only way for all the characters to make sense and not constantly contradict each other.

I’m not trying to dictate how this works, so if we want it to be different, we can try to be more cohesive. Depends on what people want to do.

See, that’s what I thought at first. But then I started picturing it this way, because some of the characters know nothing about any other country. And that doesn’t make sense unless they’re all isolationist.

you could have her stumble upon them. I doubt Dante would talk to her (maybe he would, idk, he’s your guy) but I know Rory likely would out of ignorance, and it could be funny especially if Dante didn’t want him to.
