Hey guys!
I am writing a fantasy world where after the “fall of man” the world is overrun by evil, similar to today’s crazy world. One of the characters gets physically abused by a relative, and I’m not sure how to depict it without being too graphic or violent. Any ideas?

My name is Sara, but my pen name is Savannah Grace. When I’m not at school, I’m writing, reading, playing volleyball, or with my dog, Willa!
I mostly write fantasy/sci-fi and realistic fiction. Currently I’m writing an allegory that takes place in a different world.

Same thing for me too! Usually if I’m tagged, it will notify me right away, but otherwise it’s like there’s a HUGE delay of at least a couple days.
This is extra annoying cuz it’s leading me to pick up my phone more to check for things that I wasn’t notified of 😅

In his own words, he’s taking his gloves off, starting with Wax and Wayne 4, Lost Metal, which you need background primarily from Elantris and Stormlight.
Will I be completely lost if I read that one before Elantris?? I’ve read the other 3 Wax and Wayne books and will probably be reading the 4th soon… should I read Elantris first??
