Very intriguing! (I tried to find a synonym, since everyone else has used that word, but it’s a good word.) I like your character (as much as one could like a character who’s trying to murder someone), and I’m hoping for a redemption arc. I’d love to read more!

Glad you’re okay! We are okay too, (haven’t heard from the grandparents, but I assume that means their house is still standing 😅), and I’m very thankful we avoided both tornadoes and hail, especially since our car is too big for our garage. 😅

Please pray for my family. We are under a severe thunderstorm alert, and my grandparents are under a tornado warning, and are currently in their basement.

Ooh, trauma! XD Anyway. Do you have a pattern for your character’s magic, or is it more like everyone just gets random powers because it fits them? And what kind of magic are you looking for for her?

Pretty much. It’s kinda like a screen, so it simulates what the outside should look like, but it’s not very good. So it can start pouring rain and lighting and thunder, but it may take a minute for the Orb to adjust and look like a cloudy sky.
