and Part 3 (and I might share more from what would be the next scene too, but this is the end of the exact scene I’ve been sharing)
A vaguely familiar masculine voice…not very familiar, but familiar regardless.
A blue-eyed, blonde-haired man in a US Army unifor…

Part 2 of the scene I shared🤭 (and this still isn’t all of it…still working on it atm)
Franz’s gaze didn’t stray from Riker’s. “I thought you were dead…we all did.”
Riker’s back pressed against the wall.
He should never have left the Altmann home in a rush.

Whaley and Ducky have great advice! *takes notes* I don’t have much practice with fiction in this department, but this is a great question, so I’ll share my thoughts.
I’ve been with a few people in the days or even hours before they died, but they were all very ill and usually could not communicate. However, notes from what I have heard…[Read more]

But what if someone were to hide behind the corner with a spray bottle and keep the rock wet on a sunny day?
That’s what I think of every time I see that picture.

Ooh, okay that’s a good idea. I’ll try that, do you have any book suggestions?
Yes! Let’s see…
- Anything by Robin Jones Gunn — she’s literally my favorite author ever and I absolutely love her writing. I’ve heard mixed opinions on her books (some saying they’re cheesy or unrealistic) but it think they’re really good. If you don’t like…

Pana cotta is really easy to make! It just takes a minor eternity for the gelatin to set up in the fridge. My cousin and I made a bunch in under 30 minutes. It then had to sit overnight in the fridge (although we ate some at dinner even though it was soft).
And I can’t seem to find the recipe book. =|
You can totally do that. Just…

Although I really want to find a creme brulee recipe that doesn’t take 8-12 hours.

Ah, lovely. Tis faster than pana cotta I see. I must try this.
Although I might swap out the rosewater for orange or lavender. Rose has never been a favorite flavor of mine.

I have a character who I won’t name because some of you might know them, but they’re about to die and they know it.
Any tips on how they can have an impactful last day with their friends?
If anyone also has questions related to mine they’d like to ask here, feel free 🙂

my loyal subjects, I beg pardon.
Tragedy has struck.
The dragon laptop ate LOS for breakfast! 😱
I was able to recover most of it, but alas I must be away to other duties.
No new sections until Monday. 😭

he was just messed up. Period.
Thankfully, he’s less messed up now.
He’s a very purpose driven person. Take away his purpose, and he’s got nothing left.
