I use an app literally called Moodboard. (I think it’s easier to use on a bigger screen, so I only use it on my iPad, not my phone) It’s not the best, but it works for me and it’s free.

I don’t use any official program to make mine…I use Microsoft word docs. I find pictures on line or pinterest and design it myself.

I’m both. It depends which side of the bed I wake up on. 😀

But I’m sure you write some kind of notes or something…even if it’s not official plotting, you could still write up a quick outline of the major events and then if the first book doesn’t fit with where you’re steering the second book, you could rewrite it.
