@joy-caroline oh bother! it ate my response again, now I can’t remember hahah
Anyhow, pretty much; if it works to make it into three, then do it. I made a 6 book series because I wanted to make a story about the lives of the people in my world. I ended book 1 with a cliffhanger that is (hopefully) suspenseful and emotional, and a major moment…[Read more]

Everyone has something in their life that is their ‘antagonist’, it may be a literal person being a pain in the butt, but it could be anything from financial problems to chronic pain to health…[Read more]

@kathleenramm I am so late to this topic, i haven’t been on here in over two weeks lol
Well my greatest strength? whew, I am not sure; probably making new worlds and ideas with every moment I am awake and not preoccupied with life, so… endless ideas that I can use in stories? XD
Weakness…
Well, I’d say Im weak in a lot of areas, but…[Read more]

(*dances for joy* Seriously, just talking about my Biblical fiction trilogy makes me incredibly happy… XD)
So, with my trilogy about Simon Peter, I decided to break up the story based off of the pivotal moments in Peter’s life. Book one ends at the point where Simon proclaims that Jesus is the Son of God. Book two ends on the day…[Read more]

@kathleenramm Oh, almost everything. That you had to follow prose conventions taught in school or plot outlines that followed a specific formula, that your character had to go through a very specific and obvious development, that you had to write something that followed all of these things with a reasonable and expected ending…
None of those…[Read more]

Hi, it’s SeekeroftheTruth.
I am glad I found this post, because I have question concerning the thought of putting God and Jesus in my stories.

Now, here’s my worry.
I don’t want to be copycat for C. S. Lewis (as he is…[Read more]

That actually really helps. To be honest, I know what that’s like to fear about not going to Heaven. I still struggle with that worry, and agree that worry does not just go away overnight (even though I wish it would). Thank you for the answers. 🙂
