Thank you so much! Yeah, privacy was one of the many reasons I considered using a pen name as well. And I never thought about that! XD
Thanks, Jodi! That’s why I was considering using a pen name/fake name, so that my works wouldn’t be judged (is that the right word?) simply because I’m a female. Though, like you…[Read more]

Ooh, I really like A.M. Williams. It does feel similar to L.M. Montgomery, which is also an elegant-sounding name. Alexa Williams sounds pretty too, though. In the end, I think it’s up to you and what you like best. I don’t know if the pen name would really matter unless you had already published a bunch of stories in a genre that…[Read more]

@writerlexi1216 I believe in using a pen name, as I am right now. I just do it for privacy reasons, as this name is still as hard to pronounce as my previous name. (Not me never saying this name out loud, haha….)
Anyways, I think that A.M. Williams sounds really cool and elegant! A.M. reminds me of the morning.

@nanisnook Yes to both of those! I LOVE the Warriors series, and yes, I love Firestar too, so every character I can get my hands on ends up being a warrior cat in my fanfictions. And FINALLY! Someone who’s at least heard of Star Wars: The Bad Batch or the characters in it! Hunter is really cool, isn’t he? I just had to draw him as a dragon because…[Read more]

Hallo, dearest KeePers!
I have a question. *cue suspenseful, stringed music and probably a flash of lightning*
*ahem* What are y’all’s opinions on using a pen name?
Specifically, for female authors. I know, in times past, many female authors have gone under pen names (or even used male names like George Eliot) such as J.K. Rowling and L.M.…[Read more]

*crickets chirping*
*ahem*
I don’t suppose I could jump into this, could I? *more crickets chirping* Yeah, I agree with @devastate-lasting. Wholeheartedly. I must assure you were aren’t this strange all the time. (Or are we?)
Anyways, uh, I’ll introduce myself. My name’s Alexa, but most people ’round these parts call me Lexi. Either is…[Read more]

@devastate-lasting Same here. Tron: Uprising is a good show, even though it only ran one 19-episode season which ended on a cliffhanger.

@keilah-h Ahh I haven’t gotten very deep into the Tron franchise yet but Tron: Legacy is my favorite favorite movie and will always hold a special place in my heart. You draw really well, by the way!

Digital drawing of a Star Wars character (not of my creation, although if you read the writing on the side, you’ll find out a bit about my fanfics involving him and his squad). I recently figured out how to shade on my tablet, so that’s exactly what I did with him. (And no, the reason one side of his face is dark is not my shading–it’s some…[Read more]

Yay! One of these!
I realize no one is going to know who this is, but this was a digital tracing of a picture my dad sent me. He’s from a Disney sci-fi show so obscure it only ran one season (but was actually super awesome!) Then I made him a cat from the Warriors series. He has cat ears and a tail, but they’re hard to see because he has dark…[Read more]

Nice pictures! I usually do stuff from fanfictions…..so they don’t really apply to here….I could post a few if you want though.
