This is a great idea! I often am in need of a little troubleshooting, but am not sure how to proceed.

I have no experience in digital art, so I’m no help there. Love the proportion guide though. I need to do more of those…
I guess for design stuff, try to view…[Read more]

Ah! Hi, Lois! Your sister is intense. XD Alyona and Nadian are roughly her age, but the girls are homeschooled currently. They weren’t ready to attend another school. And they’re definitely behind her in grades. They do need developing, though.
Having the boys in the same first class sounds like a plan to me. @whalekeeper what do you think?

Basically what everyone has said. XD
But since I must have my own take documented..
I believe everyone it on a path either towards for away from God. Everyone is seeking the One that can fill the hole in their lives. If you have that, then you have a duty to share it. Similarly, if you believe others will actually face eternal doom,…[Read more]

Ah, your moodbard is beautiful! You did a fantastic job! I’m curious about this fellow. Is he a protagonist?
Whatever tips I have may be irrelevant since I can see them in your work already. Basically, look for coordinating colors and moods between pictures, and play with a style until you feel like it fits the character. Also, choose…[Read more]

I sympathize with the soundtrack issue. I imagine scenes and plot points behind almost any instrumental song. But when it’s from Apollo 13, which I have never watched… I’m not perfectly comfortable just connecting the two. And of course it fells awkward to explain to people. XD
Like, no. My book has nothing to do with Lord of the…[Read more]

LOl! It is kinds my profile here too, so I might have to apologize for being confusing. XD
CWW has some good memories though…
I can totally see that in your writing. For some reason that sentence just sounded a lot like some of the shorter snippets I’ve read from you.
Really? Now I’m curious. XD I’m always interested in how my w…[Read more]

Aw, I forgot Marcel was taking Ellie. I don’t know how. I love a good friend dynamic. Those two are so cute.

@whoever @koshka
I am once more on the infamous computer that does not do accent marks. My darling is sad. He needs his daily dose of flair.
Reuven
Large, echoing corridors filled with rushing students and chatting staff swallowed Reuven up into their midst. He gripped the straps to his duffle and ducked by a group of arguing teens. The…[Read more]

Oh, good one! I recently learned a lot about how my brain works by comparing my drawings to my writing style. For instance, I like to find little details that describe a whole, whether that’s in water color or prose. Then I realized that I notice little things in my environment, to the point that I might miss something obvious…[Read more]

If I remember right, he has long experience breaking out of jail, and so somehow lifts the bolt with a length of cord. Or something. I think your theory is entirely possible. It is the Mousethief, after all. XD
It’s been a while since I read it too.

Lol. And I just jump in talking about Knights and death ravens while the conversation is leaning toward intergalactic elves. This is what makes KP what it is.

That’s true! Like in Mossflower, where the one mousethief just escapes. Hilarious yes, but dreadfully convenient. One can still save One’s character, but it needs to fit the rules.
Of course, to mix stuff up you can always make a master prison that has a weakness that both the good guys and the bad guys exploit. L…[Read more]
