Yeah, the reply issue-thing is just the site getting too overloaded. Sometimes you have to wait a minute for the replies to load. Putting links in replies shouldn’t cause an issue, so I’m not sure why taking them out fixed it. But I have found that having good internet and browser helps with these…[Read more]

I also enjoyed the LotR much more. I liked the Hobbit, but it was definitely geared more towards children. Not a bad thing, I just prefer more serious books. So I do like the LotR more than the Narnia series as well, but if I had to only choose one author to be a student of, it would still be C.S. Lewis for the reasons I said in my…[Read more]

@charisetter I’m terrible with audiobooks! While I enjoy them, it’s hard for me to commit to them. I’m usually better with reading because my mind wanders like crazy when I’m listening.
I have a copy in English and another in Chinese. I’ve read like 3 pages in Chinese so far and am more than halfway through in English, lol.

@charisetter Haha, pretty much everyone on here who’s ever talked to me knows that by now xD And don’t worry, I really do want to read Tolkien, as soon as I manage to get my hands on some good copies of LotR. I have The Hobbit, which I’m actually trying to go through in two languages at once, so there’s that? Haha

I do have two projects I’m currently working on. One is a dystopian about triplets with powers and the other is a darkish?? fantasy about redemption.
My favorite genre to read and write in is, yes you guessed it, fantasy.

@charisetter I had the links to my blog in there and once I took them out my reply sent, so maybe that had something to do with it?

@charisetter, I struggle with editing more than I struggle with actually writing.
My WIP synopsis is in the link in my tagline
@merieshenanigans, hey! Yup, I enjoy dystopian, but like mystery more than fantasy. I also do nonfiction bloggy stuff at the second link in my tagline

@charisetter, I’m in the middle of editing the first draft of my *counts on fingers* Fifth or sixth book? Real book, that is… the qualification being that it was written on a computer rather than notebook paper in a six-year-old’s script.
@kathleenramm, Favourite genre is dystopian or fantasy, I’ve written several books (some novel leingth) I…[Read more]

Farewell, I hope so too.

YAYAYAYAYAYAY! @charisetter THAT’S AMAZING!!! How does it feel to finish a book? I haven’t done it yet. What’s the book called and can I get it on Amazon?
(P.S. Please don’t murder Alia in your next book, treat her as your fan base. That’s what I’m doing with mine.)
